O cazare ideală! Totul nou! Dotată ergonomic cu absolut tot de e nevoie pe o insulă umedă. Ferestre cât peretele spre sud, prin care se captează soarele necesar unei locuințe sănătoase. Bucătăria utilată complet și modern separată cu ușă de restul apartamentului și cu o ușă spre balconul uriaș. Loc de parcare gratuit și disponibil la orice oră în jurul blocului. Aer condiționat cu dezumidificare.
Eduardo și Arsenia merită toată stima pt grija pentru turiștii găzduiți.

A casa apresentou todas as comodidades necessárias à nossa estadia em família. Adoramos tudo e sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa. Os anfitriões souberam respeitar a nossa privacidade (algo que valorizamos muito), e estiveram sempre disponíveis nos contactos necessários, resolvendo as nossas questões. Muito obrigada e votos de continuação de muito sucesso à Casa do Kiko. Recomendamos este alojamento sem qualquer hesitação!

We were extremely impressed with every aspect of the apartment. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, with all the appliances, utensils etc. you could need supplied, including a washing machine, and dishwasher. Ample space, two bedrooms with large comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a very large balcony covering two sides of the apartment, and good quality furniture. Easy access to the rest of the island via the nearby motorway, and plenty of on-street parking nearby. The restaurants etc. in town are walkable, if you don't mind a good walk. Really an excellent place to stay.

The apartment was really big, comfortable and very clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with everything we needed. Great location, very close to the city center.

Definitely recommend. Would we stayed for 3 nights only and would definitely stay longer next time visiting Azores. Clean and neat accomodation with stylish interior.

The apartment is incredibly beautiful and really new. It has everything you need. What is more, the host could not have been better. We had a problem when we left the apartment because we left a bag inside and we did not havethe keys. It was 7 in the morning and the host came to help us. We recommend this apartment for sure!
