Very dirty pillows under the pillow cases. 1, chair broken. Dirty plates very dirty floors, very dirty cutlery, I will be asking for compensation for this.

All the apartment was disgusting. Paid over £400 for a dirty apartment. There was no windows, are air-conditioning in the full apartment, it was not safe to sleep with front door open. Also I booked weeks back a different apartment at shawdick place, I noticed the apartment was cancelled. And weeks ago we already booked are train tickets, and thay would not refund bk, so on the last minute, we had to book another apartment, also tv would not work, then thay said thay send someone round, then no volume on tv, then again tv would not work, then only had 5 channels would work. In the other bedroom, no wardrobe and no tv in bedroom. Me and my partner and her parents go Southport alot, London was my first family holiday in over 11years. And booking.com as spoiled it all for us. Very unhappy. Plus in the bedroom with no tv there was blood on the wall. All walls very dirty. Plus cobwebs. This is not COVID STANDERED !!!!!!! I will be looking for compensation are a re,fund. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Ofrecen servicios q no dan. Te ofrecen dejar el equipaje antes del check in pero en el pasillo a la entrada de recepción sin q nadie se haga responsable. Al llegar había una cucaracha muerta en la bañera. No hay limpieza diaria Al llegar estaba sucio,lo comunicamos y por allí no pasó nadie a limpiar en 5 días. La terraza es de terror. El sofá cama muy,muy sucio. No había jabón para lavar platos ni paño para secarlos .En el fregadero dos estropajos cochambrosos y mojados pero el fregadero sucio No lo recomiendo. Es mejor pagar un poco más. Es la primera reseña negativa q hago con respecto a un alojamiento.

Absence of a microwave oven

They allowed us to drop our luggage off ahead of time and the people running the desk were very nice. The apartment was big, With two bedrooms and a pull oullout couch in the living room area. There was also two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and It was all very comfortable and nice.

I liked most everything, but there did seem to be an issue with the electricity if you try to use the dryer. It flipped the breaker, and I didn’t know where the reset was, so we didn’t have power in half of the apartment Until the next day. The workers tried to help me though and were very nice and accommodating. I do think it would be nice if they had dish soap for the kitchen.

Too noisy - in the vicinity of a railway and a Hospital + the windows from the bedroom was broke and didn't close tight.

The location

The property is old and un-kept, it’s a typical “ikea” rental, everything from beds to bed linen is the cheapest of the cheap. Attached are pictures, broken blinds, broken cooling fan(as the flat is on the top floor it’s like a sauna) broken electrical socket, oven dirty with no oven trays Opening the windows whilst an option is in direct line with a fish and chip shop!! You can only okay the smell.
