Ideally located close to the country club, walkable to the beach and the Frisbee golf course. Laundry worked well. Deer could be seen everywhere around the house. Very fun stay.

Great location to the charter boats and golf course.

The house is nice but the furniture and bedding is a little dated. It is time to replace the couches, chairs and beds. Might recommend a room Or whole house AC system. Newer towels would be helpful. I understand the challenges of renting out a family home.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very old, worn our furniture. Holes in chairs, dining room chair had extremely wobbly leg, toilet seat broken and nearly off, broken tile at entrance to bathroom, breezeway doors did not lock, no curtains would close all the way, had to put chairs in front to hold them closed, bathroom had see through bamboo blinds that were tied so that they would not lower all the way (elevated about an inch or two above bottom of window). Anyone could look in!

There was food leftover from the previous renters that was molding in the cupboard. On our first night, we were up early to fish and saw mouse droppings. I called the rental place and they did send someone out soon to set traps (that trapped two). The back bedroom was not twin beds like we thought, but old metal folding cots that were not comfortable. I was very surprised to not get a follow up phone call by the rental company to see if there was something else they could do for us.

We loved the location of this house as it was close to the water and very nice to walk around from to check out the area. There was plenty of room for us to stay here. A few suggestions for improvements would be… the musty snell was a bit much, and took some air freshener and a few days to air out. The Kitchen could use more dishes and we actually went out to buy a pan that we could cook in as cooking breakfast was a challenge given the pans available. The half bath is actually in the basement and had no toilet paper. Overall, our stay was decent, and the amenities could be easily improved. Our host was kind enough to let us check out later and check in was very easy and accommodating.
