Loved our stay in this condo. Our 4 tween to adult kids slept in the 3 guestroom beds and happily on the sectional. Plenty of glasses, plates, spices, pantry items. Amazing location.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay with kids ages 5 and 8. It was incredibly clean and laundry in the unit was great after days of hiking. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances for meals at the condo. Great quiet location within walking distance to restaurants, brewery, park and shops plus great hiking in the area. Our kids loved the games and books too. Highly recommend!

My partner and two college age kids enjoyed a wonderful week skiing at Winter Park Resort and exploring Winter Park/Fraser & surrounding towns. The owners were always responsive and offered "insider" recommendations. One of the closest condo complexes to WP Resort. Well laid out floor plan, comfortable beds and furniture with a beautiful mountain view. We are not "cooks" but found the kitchen well stocked, well beyond our needs for cooking, glasses, dishware and appliances. The 2 full bathrooms were very clean and updated. Most of the restaurants, bakeries, shopping, breweries of Winter Park were all very walkable. Parking at the condo was easy. We used our car only for driving to WP resort, 1 big food shopping trip in Fraser and a day trip. I would absolutely stay here again. Many thanks to owners!

Not only did this rental have everything we wanted it was all the BEST of what you could have asked for.
Unit - It was clean; well furnished; comfortable; modern and had everything you could want on a ski vacation (big comfy couch; huge dining room table; washer/dryer; comfortable beds; well stocked kitchen) and many extras (radiant heat floors and bidet with heated seats in bathroom; wood fireplace with plenty of free wood; great view from top level 3rd floor unit).
Location - right on the outskirts of town so many places were walking distance and a 5 minute drive to Winter Park resort. There is a free city shuttle bus but we did not use it so I can't comment.
Communication - I only vacation using rental units, and communication with this owner was the best I ever had. The VRBO description needed little clarification but the few questions that I had (pre and post booking) was answered within minutes. What and absolute pleasure it was knowing that we were renting from such a responsible owner!!!!

We loved this place! Great location and fantastic space. Beds were great. Kitchen was perfect. We skied several days and loved the pool and hot tub. We walked to several locations downtown. Thanks is so much!!!

We stayed with two adults and three kids and really loved this place. The beds were comfortable and the kids really loved the bidets! The place had just about everything you could want and was nice and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the crockpot to have hot chili waiting for us after snow tubing at the Fraser tubing hill. We loved that the pool (which was nice and warm) as well as an indoor and outdoor hot tub were both just across the driveway from us. We had them to ourselves every night! (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) You can't beat that!
I would have really loved if the owner left any tips about parking and skiing at Winter Park. We were pretty overwhelmed by trying to figure it out. Book your lift tickets well in advance as I booked the property first and paid WAY too much for lift tickets! Overall, it's a wonderful property!

Our second floor condo (three flights of stairs due to the carport) was awesome. The carport use was a bonus! Everything was very new and clean. We really enjoyed the athletic club. The hummingbird feeder was an added bonus on the deck. We were able to walk to a lot of locations and also be close to the bike park.

Enjoyed The Stay
I came with two of my adult children for snowboarding. Condo had everything I needed. I especially liked the thermostat in every room - very comfortable. The bus stop was about 100 meters from door to bus stop, with plenty of bus opportunities going/returning.

The property was in a great location, walking distance to the resort shuttle and to local breweries. The property was clean with a variety of cooking equipment and spices. Highly recommend for any ski trip!

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious and modernized condo. Favorite lounging spot was on the chaise couch next to the large windows with mountain views - nice way to start the morning with a warm cup.
Kitchen is fully stocked with quality utensils and accessories and has bar seating.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with full electronic adjustments for head and/or legs. In-room laundry is high end brand (although dryer is currently not hooked up - folding dryer rack provided and worked well). TV sits atop dresser.
Master bath has a smoothed river-stone shower and has strong pressure and good heat. Bidet toilet is a luxury.
Second bedroom has ample sleeping space with full over full bunk beds. TV inside dresser.
Spacious guest bathroom has full size bath/shower combo and a bidet toilet.
Large screen TV in living room with cable channels. Wifi internet was speedy and troublefree.
Ceiling fans in each room and box fans provided for extra cooling as needed.
Lots of value in this unit and we would enjoy a return some day. Covered parking was welcomed during inclement weather. Note the three flights of stairs for those with mobility concerns.

Comfortable Condo in Terrific Location with Fantastic Views
Had a terrific stay in Winter Park. Condo is minutes away from the Winter Park base with shuttles that leave from the property. The condo is comfortable but not fancy. HVAC, lighting, and all appliances functioned as expected (except a small electric pitcher in the kitchen for boiling water, which I couldn't make work - no worries because the microwave boils a cup of water in 90 seconds). The walk up two flights of stairs with luggage and groceries was a beating when we first arrived, but not a problem after we settled in. Our only regret about the condo is that the washer and dryer were not in the unit but down on the ground floor in a common area. Bring lots of quarters if you want to do laundry - on the positive side the machines worked just fine. Tim and Aimee were prompt and cordial with all correspondence and returned phone calls without delay when we needed to reach them, which gave me peace of mind. They gave us a terrific recommendation for a boot fitter in Winter Park, LeFeet Lab, which we also now highly recommend.

Great location and view!
My three friends and I had a great five-day stay. The condo’s living and dining areas are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the living room is fantastic. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the athletic center. The location is ideal, as it is right by downtown Winter Park and a five-minute drive from the ski resort.

Perfect winter getaway
Our condo was perfect for our family. It was really spacious and the views were amazing. Really close to town and with the free shuttle to ski hills at the bottom of the drive everything was very convenient . We would love to come back.
