The apartment was VERY clean, which to me is on the top of the list. The location was great, close by to tourist attractions in Newport. The host was very helpful in giving suggestions of things to do in the area. Overall an A+

This property was well maintained, perfect location (1 mile from the cliff walk and beach) with a great little town within walking distance with great food options! We loved Newport, and John and Kathy were very accommodating and their place was great! Not a single complaint!

The property was cozy while spacious. Check in and out was easy. Short walk to the beach, some restaurants etc. A short drive to downtown Newport. Property had everything you might need. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean! Overall has a great stay!

It was central to everything! Very clean and well maintained. Only thing I’d have changed would be more comfortable couch and chair in fam room. Otherwise, great stay!

Walking distance (~5 mins) to the beach and a few eateries, and about a 30 min (2 mile) walk to the heart of Newport and 1 mile walk to the breathtaking Newport Cliff Walk! A seamless check in process and very clear and accommodating host!

Stayed for a week and location worked out great. Close to several beaches and plenty of dining options. Grill was a nice benefit. Easy getting to/from Newport proper. Unit is fully equipped. Would stay again for sure.

Just what you're seeking by the beaches!
John and Becky keep the place spotless and sensible, and keep themselves more available than most landlords I've known. They fixed problems on the spot, loaned supplies, and welcomed my son and me while they were preparing for a busy day.
The location, between Aquidneck Ave and Wolcott, makes for easy access to beaches, the Cliff Walk, coffee and restaurants. This adds up to make this place ideal for many kinds of travelers.

Close to beaches but just a shirt ride to Newport . Clean , great kitchen . John is a great host .
Long weekend to relax and get away . We wanted some beach time but also time in town . It was the perfect location . The home was comfortable and very clean . John was great to deal with . We used Uber to get back to town for dinner . Easy and inexpensive and eliminates worries about parking .

Memorable stay
Went to a wedding at the Newport Beach House and we couldn't have had better apartment accommodations. The place is spacious enough for 4 and is in walking distance to everything you need. We had a great time in Newport and will be going back to this apartment. Appreciate everything John.

Perfect location if you want to be close to Newport’s Cliff Walk without staying in Newport proper!
My friend, my cousin, and I stayed at John’s apartment during a weekend trip to Newport. John’s place was extremely comfortable and clean. The three of us had plenty of room. My friend and my cousin got a bedroom each; whereas, I slept on the couch, which was extremely comfortable. The apartment’s location made it easy to get in and out of Newport. The Cliff Walk is only minutes away, but the apartment had the added benefit of parking right outside the door. Plus, Shaw’s grocery store was close, so we could pop over there for snacks. John was extremely easy to communicate with and our check in and out were simple. Overall, we had a terrific stay!

Convenient to restaurants and not in touristy down town yet close enough to uber! comfortable and lovely apartment! We loved it!! John was very responsive and so great to deal with. thanks for everything.

An Exceptional Property
I had a terrific stay at this property!
The owner, John, was so accommodating & thought of everything. At a high level, the apartment is very modern, bright & welcoming. The beds were great & the shower/bathroom was clean & lovely.
Where this apartment truly shines is in the small details, such as the high end wine glasses & expensive cookware. John even provided hand made & detailed print outs (with pictures) on how to use the TV remotes & internet connection.
Lastly, the neighborhood is quaint & quiet, and within walking distance of Easton Beach, Flo's Clamshack, and any number of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
I'm already looking through my calendar for later in my summer, with the hopes of renting this apartment again.
