Vous allez adorer notre nouvellement décorée, fun et funky, vacances refuge. L'atmosphère détendue sera constamment vous rappeler que vous êtes en vacances! ! Tout est fraîchement peint, nous avons de nouveaux planchers de bois franc, un nouveau canapé-lit qui est réellement confortable, et ont fini notre décorer avec un peu d'art humoristique et quelques lampes funky. Le grill, d'un belvédère et deux piscines sont à quelques pas de notre terrasse qui donne sur les courts de tennis.
La plage est directement en face de la rue avec un accès facile par la promenade. Il est fun shopping et manger beaucoup à quelques minutes dans tous les sens, mais la région immédiate est jamais bondée ou coincé avec le trafic. Vous allez adorer ici!

This is an older condo just a block off of 30-A. It was priced appropriately and met my needs.

We had a wonderful trip. Pat was very communicative and the apt was perfect for our 3 person family. You can literally walk across the street to the beach. There is a golf cart rental close to the apt. (Best way to get around on vacation, for us). (Just be careful where you park the cart... you WILL get a ticket if you park in the wrong area!) There are restaurants that are walkable. Seaside is a short trek away and so is Watercolor. (We visited each of those beaches, as well). We would definitely rebook if available in the future. The beaches were crystal clear and calm enough for our 3 year old. Fantastic showing for our summer vacation. Thanks, Pat.

The property was very charming. Close to the beach and a convience store down the road.
Easy access 😎 to the ⛱️ beach.
Pat had to have some plumbing issues taken care of while we were there. She kept us informed on who and when they were to arrive. They were in and out under an hour.

It was a very nice location and a little cozy apartment. Patricia answered all of my questions and request. We had a fun time even with the down pours. We visited Topsail State Park and Grayton State Park.

My husband, 12 year old, and I stayed for a couple of days on our way from WDW back to Texas. Easy walk to the beach! Bring a wagon if you have a lot of beach stuff.

We had a Great Experience!! Location was the best !! Close to all the restaurants and beach access was a few minute walk . Also owner was fantastic to deal with !! Would recommend this unit to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful memories created .

My only complaint is the mattress. Large dip on my side of mattress. But good location and family based area.

Property is in need of a major update. It appears the only major changes were adding a dishwasher and new flooring in the living room & kitchen areas. Bathroom appears to have original fixtures and the toilet leaked. Carpet in the bedroom area is old and tired. Housekeeping should move the sofa when they clean and also clean under the bed as the dust was quite built up. We had friends staying in the area that had much nicer, updated facilities for a similar cost. Pool was nice and clean as were the laundry facilities. Location was good.

Perfect for our family. Affordable, balcony looks out onto peaceful palm treed courtyard, short walk to beautiful beach. Pat, the host, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Would love to return.

Patricia’s place is colorful and bright and had everything we needed to explore the area during our month-long stay. The few questions we had were answered promptly. Since it is a ground floor unit there is some noise from above. We enjoyed our time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Although I was sick for 2 weeks, I still enjoyed the comforts of home. Pat was responsive to my needs and very compassionate. My plan is to be back next year, possibly for an extended stay, if Pat will have me!! Thanks again!!

This is an adorable condo right across the street from the beach. Perfect location! There are tennis courts, a pool. Grounds are well kept.

The location is amazing and it is a very quick and easy walk to the beach. Apartment definitely needs to be renovated, but I knew that going in from the other reviews. Pat was very quick to respond to a couple issues we had.

From the moment you walk in the property invokes that nostalgic feeling of being on the beach - appropriate decor, windows facing the Gulf and bright colored walls perfect for a vacation. The space is lovely for a solo traveler or couple and the walk to the beach is less than 5 min. There’s a seafood market across the street and a convenience store right next door - you don’t even need a car to enjoy your stay.

Great location very close to the beach. The co do needs some updating but overall great place. I would rent it again. The shower needs some updating as there is a large crack in the bottom of the tub but again it works I just wouldn’t sit down in it.

Pat was very easy to rent from. Her condo was just as advertised. It was clean, neat, the bed was comfortable. We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The beach was beautiful, clean, especially after hurricane Ian. The water was so clear. Couldn't have ask for a better trip!

I liked it enough to come back to the property itself. the condos are a little outdated but very clean premises. Pool was immaculate. My particular unit needed some upgrading by leaps and bounds but was doable for the rate it was and would stay again.

This place was the perfect location. The beach was across the street and easily accessible. The condo was clean, kitchen was stocked, and the bed was comfortable. We loved being right next to Tom Thumb! Lol! Pat was the best host. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is as advertised. It is walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants and the beach. Tastefully decorated with a new blue sofa bed that is not pictured in the listing. And it is comfortable. Pool noodles and sand toys in the closet. Keypad access. Easy first floor access to parking. Kitchen is well equipped. Cute patio in back overlooking Palm trees and greenery. Two pools nearby. Owner is very responsive.

I could not love this place more! It’s a short, easy walk to the beach, has a big gas station with easy access from the condo, nice porch! The renter is so kind & we will definitely be coming back!! Not one complaint!
