We went to this place by design already for second time visiting Pescara. The place is spacious well equipped and clean, perfect place right at the heart of Percara - like 20 meters from main “corso”.
Owner of the property is very nice person, supportive , also helped in particular matter happened to us. Thank you very much again.

fantastic location in the centre of pescara. gorgeous and spacious apartment. Laura the host was lovely and very helpful. will definitely stay there again.

We stayed 5 nights in Civico 96 and everything was amazing.
The apartment is in the city central, in a prime location close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
The place is very spacious and clean and the host Laura is very nice and flexible to our needs. For sure we will come back again.
