The condo was spacious and clean and was perfect for our group of 4 couples. The men enjoyed golf outings each day while the wives enjoyed the pool and beach. It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom too.

The condo was really nice and just perfect for our family. Nice to have both pool and lazy river. Parking was a little challenging with the garage across the street but wasn’t unbearable.

Pool should open earlier than 9am and stay open longer than 9pm. Travelers may stay out late and would want to sit by the pool late at night or even in the morning. Showers on only one entrance of the property, while they were two entrances.

The check in and check out process was very smooth. Grand Strand Resorts was easy to work with and responded quickly. Kristen was the best! We loved the resort and amenities. We rented a privately owned condo through VRBO and loved the spaciousness of the condo, all the bedrooms and bathrooms ( 4 each), the laundry and storage rooms , the huge balcony and all the provided towels and wash cloths. The condo could use some updating, though. Our only issues were that some of the furniture in the living room was pretty worn and there was pealing wallpaper in the bathrooms. Without a little updating, this would be an incredible condo! We are I’ll definitely stay there again! Perfect location!

The check in and check out process was very smooth. Grand Strand Resorts was easy to work with and responded quickly. Kristen was the best! We loved the resort and amenities. We rented a privately owned condo through VRBO and loved the spaciousness of the condo, all the bedrooms and bathrooms ( 4 each), the laundry and storage rooms , the huge balcony and all the provided towels and wash cloths. Thr only issue we had during our stay was that we didn't have hot water for the first few days. We checked in on Saturday and didn't get hot water until Tuesday. This was definitely an inconvenience but I have to say the rental company did everything they could to help. The water heater had to be completely replaced and they were dealing with the own, HOA, and warranty issues. Overall, we were happy with the property and the location was perfect. So close to everything and overlooking the ocean. We had a great time!

The property needs attention. Upon arrival the coffee pot was broken, the lock to the balcony door had fallen off, the lock to the storage room did not work properly, TV in the 2nd master did not work. All beds very hard and uncomfortable. Loved the location and the layout of the room is fantastic, but it need updated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely go back to the property complex but this unit will have to be updated before I would rent again
