Le Jay Sea est situé dans un emplacement privilégié sur la 92e rue, l'un à partir de l'océan. Jay mer est mis en place en tant que deux unités à peu près identiques. Le dernier étage a un plafond cathédrale, haut les standards plancher bas plafonds de hauteur. L'accès se fait par des escaliers sur le pont extérieur. Chaque étage contient sa propre cuisine (avec cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et un grand réfrigérateur w / machine à glaçons), salon et salle à manger ainsi que laveuse / sécheuse. Chaque niveau dispose de trois chambres avec 2 chambres contenant lits Queen Size et la chambre d'enfant avec des lits jumeaux. lit queen size canapés sont dans les salles de séjour. Il y a trois téléviseurs à chaque niveau. Chaque niveau dispose d'une salle de bain complète dans le couloir en face de la chambre principale et 1 demi-bain situé entre les deux autres chambres. Il y a aussi deux douches extérieures autour de dos avec Weber barbecue et tables de pique-nique. Il est Air Central et de chaleur tout au long de thermostats séparés, en haut et en bas.
Nous louons cette propriété comme une seule unité de sorte que le prix est pas pour chaque étage, mais pour les deux. planchers simples peuvent être disponibles dans le hors-saison à des tarifs réduits.
Le Jay Sea est sur une impasse, l'un de l'océan avec vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan à partir des grandes terrasses et un belvédère sur le devant de la maison. Accès à la plage est à moins de 100 pieds de notre porte. De nombreux restaurants, boutiques, boissons alcoolisées et les épiceries sont à une courte distance de marche de la maison.
Le Jay Sea se trouve à seulement 5-10 minutes en bus du centre-ville de Ocean City et de la promenade.
Nous avons trouvé le Jay Sea une escapade parfaite pour les grands rassemblements familiaux ou deux familles qui aiment en vacances ensemble. Les vacanciers ont la possibilité de passer du temps précieux avec les amis et la famille, mais aussi reculer à notre propre espace en cas de besoin.
Parking pour 4 voitures dans l'allée avec un parking supplémentaire est disponible dans la rue.

The best two things about the house was it’s size and it’s proximity to the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 16. We spent most of our time out on the deck or on the beach. It was so nice to be so close to the beach. A very easy walk with young children. The kitchens were well supplied.
The house could use a bit of upgrades/maintenance but this didn’t take away from the week at all. It was also difficult unloading the cars as the only stairs up to the first floor deck were on the opposite side of the house from the driveway. It would have been nice to have a stairway at the driveway.
The outdoor showers were great with the kids and sand.
Overall we would definitely go there again!!

Distance to the beach is the selling point of this rental! So convenient and easy with small children. We had a large group and the set up of two separate apartments were nice. The upper deck was our normal hangout and where we ate all of our meals. Wonderful view! Only drawback of the rental is it could use some updating… furniture, etc is a bit worn and aged. Overall, we were very pleased w our vacation!

The huge decks provide plenty of outdoor living space with a view of the beach.
The cleaning could have been better but it was adequate. Sand comes with the territory. The house needs a rear entrance for fire safety and access from the two outdoor showers.

First off thanks to Gerry. Wonderful talking and texting. The Seajay has everything. I enjoy cooking and there was plenty of pots and pans. Great view of the beach And thank goodness for parking. Hope to be a regular

We’ve been coming to OC for decades and we absolutely loved this place. It has that old school OC feel to it! We will be back to the SeaJay for years to come! Perfect location. Steps from the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing at night while you relax on the upstairs deck. Our large family fit perfectly and never felt cramped. I would recommend this place to anyone! Big thanks to the SeaJay for an amazing vacation!

Perfect place to stay in OC!
We’ve been coming to OC for decades and we absolutely loved this place. It has that old school OC feel to it! We will be back to the SeaJay for years to come! Perfect location. Steps from the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing at night while you relax on the upstairs deck. Our large family fit perfectly and never felt cramped. I would recommend this place to anyone! Big thanks to the SeaJay for an amazing vacation!

This was the perfect house for our family! Really close to the beach. Plenty of room for all15 of us to spread out. Kitchens were fully equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the big decks with a great view of the ocean from upper deck. The owner was very attentive and available for any questions we had. He was always a text or phone call away if we needed him. We never had to scramble for a spot on the beach and lifeguards were great Plenty of parking for 4 cars too. Would definitely rent this house again on a return trip! Great place for a relaxing vaction. 2 Great outdoor showers with dressing rooms, foot wash at bottom of stairs to deck was a big help in keeping house clean & sand free.

The location is perfect as I like to have my first cup of coffee strolling the beach in the morning, sometimes early enough to watch the sunrise. The Sea Jay is near everything with a grocery store (ACME) right across Route 1. The layout was ideal for us as it is really two separate units, both with full kitchen and washer dryer. The outside showers were so nice I only took one shower inside my entire stay.The view and the ocean breeze from the upper deck were amazing and we usually had breakfast there. One night we had a crab feast at the big table listening to Jimmy Buffet.The house is well equipped with all the necessities you would expect in a kitchen (X2!). The big screen TVs were also a plus but with so much going on and so close to the beach, we rarely watched them.We enjoyed walking over to Schooners (across the street) for happy hour as well as the Clarian Hotel (a 10 minute walk up the beach) where they had live music and dancing. We also liked Secrets which was a short drive away.We walked to Bull on the Beach one night, Liquid Assets another, and Lombardi's for Italian. We also got takeout from Ledo's and Blue Fish, all were good.All in all our stay at the Sea Jay was a great experience. I will definitely return!

The Sea Jay is the Perfect Ocean City Vacation Spot
I have been coming to the beach for many years and stumbled across this Gem of a house. The location is perfect as I like to have my first cup of coffee strolling the beach in the morning, sometimes early enough to watch the sunrise. The Sea Jay is near everything with a grocery store (ACME) right across Route 1.
The layout was ideal for us as it is really two separate units, both with full kitchen and washer dryer. The outside showers were so nice I only took one shower inside my entire stay.
The view and the ocean breeze from the upper deck were amazing and we usually had breakfast there. One night we had a crab feast at the big table listening to Jimmy Buffet.
The house is well equipped with all the necessities you would expect in a kitchen (X2!). The big screen TVs were also a plus but with so much going on and so close to the beach, we rarely watched them.
We enjoyed walking over to Schooners (across the street) for happy hour as well as the Clarian Hotel (a 10 minute walk up the beach) where they had live music and dancing. We also liked Secrets which was a short drive away.
We walked to Bull on the Beach one night, Liquid Assets another, and Lombardi's for Italian. We also got takeout from Ledo's and Blue Fish, all were good.
All in all our stay at the Sea Jay was a great experience. I will definitely return!
