No breakfast. Location was great
no milk in fridge, no laundry powder. Small amounts to get us started would have been good.

No aircon but a fan is provided. May be hot and noisy in height of summer
Nowhere to leave bags if you have a late departure. We were fortunate as no one was booked in after us and we were allowed a late check out which was good. This may not always be the case.
The kitchenette is great but an extra chair at least would be good so both can sit down to eat.
To be fair this is not the accommodation type I would usually book and I think it would compare favorably to other apartment types.

Very spacious room with large bathroom. Wonderful host who met us on site and had provided nice touches with plunger coffee and well set up kitchenette. Washing machine and dryer with laundry powder provided.

Perfect location. The host made us so welcome and was very professional. The Studio was well appointed, extremely clean and so comfortable.
Walk out the front door and everything is there. Pubs, restaurants, supermarkets ..the lot. One of the best Studios we have stayed in. Just perfect.

Good,very central location, in a beautiful building. large sized room with plenty of space. The host was accommodating to my needs, allowing me to drop off my bag early and pick it up after check out (the room isn’t part of the hotel, so there’s no option for secure luggage storage).
The walls in the room are paper thin, so if you end up with even slightly noisy neighbours then you can hear every single word they’re saying. There is quite a bit of street noise too with rubbish trucks at 5am. The milk in the fridge was ten days out of date and when I raised it with the host, it wasn’t replaced.

Great location for what I was attending in Wellington. Also close to amenities to get supplies.
Better attention to detail on the cleaning. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't pristine.

A real person to be at the venue on arrival. Never liked the idea of waiting for the last minute to get instructions on how, where, when to get keys especially when we advised host that we were going to be late. No follow up on that as well. A phone call to us to see if we were ok when we hadn’t shown up by the agreed time. Shocking communication. Not the first time this has happened.

very close to everything which was great
booked through booking.com and owners didn’t realise we were coming so a lot of things were not there, tea bags, butter, spreads etc
need to be aware there is no aircon. we did find a fan on the last day. had some over 30deg temps so was very uncomfortable until we found the fan.
key was in a different part of town. would be handier to be closer as taxi had to go to two places. key was stuck in hinge of lockbox and we couldn’t get it open.
need more than one key, so people can go out at different times and come and go.

We were to have travelled from Rotorua airport but due to heavy fog we had to bus to Auckland airport and then fly to Wellington so it was great that we were welcomed at the apartment and given the keys after a long day of travelling.
Great location.
