Close to the sea.
The cleaning staff were unfriendly and did not change our towels.

The owner thought of everything and made sure the unit has double of everything and is well equipped. . We love this unit as it feels like home..
We will most certainly book this particular unit again.

The balcony is definitely a star in this apartment. The view is fantastic.
Kitchen is also new and fresh and has got everything for a comfortable stay.
Daily cleaning
To get into the parking is a quest. One needs to guess which out of three gates to use and which out 4 buttons to press :) Hint: use middle gate and blue button on your remote ;)
Second fridge was very noisy (we struggle to hear a TV set).
Shower is extremely tiny. I believe that some people may not even fit in there. Towels were also not fresh, likely we had our own.
Main bed must be changed. Both my and my wife's backs were sore.
Toilet and shower also like to gurgle especially at night O_o

The photos do not do the unit justice. The unit has everything that a person could need - from cutlery through to a dedicated drinks fridge. The balcony has an amazing view with comfortable seating and a breakfast nook sheltered from the wind.
Better instructions regarding which gate to enter to park in your designated bay.

Beautiful view and very close to the Granny Pool which is convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped.
Some of the curtains and scatter cushions need cleaning. The oven and some of the door handles also quite sticky and need a good clean. The lounge set needs replacement/re-upholstery since the cushioning is so worn in places that one sits on the wooden frame. Cockroach infestation throughout the complex, but pest control was there during our visit so they are dealing with the problem.

Parking bay had a leaking ceiling above it, meaning my car was wet every day

This slur dampened our spirits!
Deposit not returned to us. We were accused unjustly of burning the carpet. Beware you may be accused of any innocuous damage NOT of YOUR doing - maybe even scratching a tile. Items were damaged prior to our arrival. It's not the money... It's the PRINCIPLE!!!!!
