I liked the location,the conjoined rooms the bathroom space and the kitchen area

for 8 people we did not have enough towels and when requested I was told that we would have to pay a fee for them to bring some , I also requested an early check in and was told to check with the front desk when I arrived, the front desk gave me a number to call and when I called the number I was told that I would be able to check in at 2 for a 75 fee after having sat around waiting since 9 am .. I was disappointed in the way our stay was handled

The booking was not what I expected, my children and I were placed in different floors 22 and 37 respectively, I pleaded with them to change it since I have children with me they refused, I then called booking.com spoke to Natasha Gail C who promised to call me back to slove my problem but never did, you guys have the nerve to ask me about my stay, is horrible nobody should spend over $4400 for 3 days stay and not be comfortable and happy with their stay in a hotel, I had a very bad experience with you guys and I don't think I will book with you guys again, every time you ask the front desk for help they say call the person you book it with because you did not book with us we are not going to help you, I booked penthouse for 2 ,I was given floor 37 was a penthouse while 22 was not a penthouse, I need my refund for that, also I need a refund for house cleaning both bookings were never cleaned, the staff refused to give me any kind of help, they kept saying you should have booked with us this wouldn't have happened, they staff were very unprofessional, they treated us so badly with so many disrespect, I will be calling you guys for my refund.
