Situé à Wailua, ce charmant copropriété pour 295 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain pause Notre condo face à l'océan a été récemment rénové avec tous les nouveaux meubles, appareils de cuisine et comptoirs, Smart TV, revêtements de fenêtres et un nouveau lit king size confortable. De l'intérieur de notre unité et de notre véranda, nous avons une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la plage, et la magnifique baie de Wailua.
Lai Nani est considérée comme la perle du côté Est de Kauai ou "la côte de la noix de coco". Les sols sont magnifiquement aménagés avec des fleurs tropicales, des palmiers et de vastes pelouses. Il ya un parking privé fermé, blanchisserie sur place, à côté d'une plage de baignade, une grande piscine chauffée, et à distance de marche d'excellents restaurants et marché fermier deux fois par semaine. Il y a une piscine protégée en mer, ou Keiki Pool, pour les enfants adjacents à la propriété. Lae Nani est située à 10 minutes au nord de l'aéroport de Lihue, à mi-chemin entre Poipu et Hanalei, et bénéficie d'un emplacement central pour explorer les deux côtés de l'île. Il y a une table de hauteur de la barre à l'extérieur sur la véranda pour profiter de vos repas tropicaux tout en appréciant les vagues de l'océan apaisant. My wife and I stayed at 423 Lae Nani for one week in January of 2024 and it did not disappoint in the least! Beautiful views, pool and ocean adjacent, and with shopping and food only a short walk away! Perfect for your garden island getaway! We left feeling refreshed and ready to face real life again in the cold winter of Central Oregon! Being Near Kapaa is a great location for visitin Kauai as well, you are fairly equidistant from the north shore and the south shore with access to Waimea canyon. We kept thinking we would visit other beaches to swim but why bother when you are in such a lovely locale to begin with. We loved having a full home and kitchen so we could cook some great home cooked meals with fresh fish from the Fish market in Koloa and having breakfast on the lanai each day looking out at the ocean was just wonderful. It cost a little extra but it was worth it!

The condo was clean and comfortable (in addition to being well stocked in kitchen ware and basic condiments). The location can't be beat, the beach and pool were both very nice. Lots of shopping (Coconut Maketplace) and restaurants close by.

The property was manicured daily. The pool is large and the location couldn't be better. Walk to a half-dozen restaurants, instant ocean-access, plenty of secure parking and the condo was well-equipped.

This place... We saw it right away when we began our search. It looked fantastic, but how often is the first place you see the right one? We kept search; and kept coming back to Lae Nani 423 and finally realized it was the best of the bunch in terms of quality and overall value. But, would it actually be as good as it appears on VRBO? Yes, perhaps even better! The photos and description are accurate; beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked interior and a wonderful lanai from which to gaze at the ocean, eat a relaxing meal, or just enjoy the beautiful grounds. We walked two minutes to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning. The Lava Lava Club is just minutes away on foot; great for breakfast, happy hour or dinner. We wanted a place to serve as a base of operations to see most of the enchanted island and also a quiet sanctuary to just relax and enjoy some down time. This beautiful condo was perfect on both counts. Howard was clear, thorough and timely with his pre-check-in communication and the check out instructions were easy to follow. We hope to be back; perhaps next time for two weeks.

Stunning views from this very comfortable condo in a very clean and well-equipped resort. With the pool, the beach out front, close proximity to the Coconut Marketplace, the bakery and restaurants within walking distance, you really don't need to "go" much of anywhere. However, the central island location of this place makes it a perfect starting point for excursions to other points on the island. The kitchen is well equipped, A/C in the bedroom is nice if you need it, furnishings are contemporary and comfortable. Lastly, in my humble opinion, if you do have any questions or issues during your stay it is much more pleasant to deal directly with a private owner rather than a property management company.

Everything as described. Clean, well equipped condo on gorgeous property. We used the a/c unit in the bedroom sparingly but it is necessary. Gladly stay at this condo again.

Lots to do and see. Delicious food, shave ice, shopping, Keeki pool, and beach access are all 5 min or less walk. Condo is centrally location on the east side of the all. Poipu is only a 30 min drive. Princeville/Ha'ena State Park )north side) and Waimea Canyon/Polihale State Parks (Southwest) are all within an hour drive. One of the best views on the island is from the condo's lanai. The condo is beautiful decorated and well stocked with needed amenities. Pool was much larger than we expected. I highly recommend this property.
