Notre maison est située à 8 km à l'ouest du centre-ville de Reno dans un quartier calme et sûr niché entre les collines et la rivière Truckee. La maison contemporaine de quatre chambres à un étage est idéale pour 8 à 10 personnes. Avec de hauts plafonds et une grande salle ouverte sans encombrement, lumineuse et ouverte, c'est un endroit parfait pour se divertir lors de la visite de la plus grande petite ville. Partez en randonnée ou en sentier dans les collines, faites du vélo ou pêchez à la mouche le long de la rivière Truckee, ou détendez-vous et jouez au billard, au ping-pong ou au barbecue et détendez-vous dans le bain à remous. Un garage pour deux voitures est à votre disposition pour garer vos voitures ou garder votre équipement. Avec un accès routier proche, vous pouvez rapidement vous rendre sur Truckee, Northstar, Squaw Valley, Mt. Rose, ou l'une des autres attractions locales de Reno et Tahoe. Profitez du lit king-size Sleep Number dans la chambre principale et de l'un des deux foyers à gaz de la maison.

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactly what we wanted. The host responded very quickly. The only issue was the train horn at 2:45 in the morning, then again at 3am the first night/morning of our stay. It didn’t happen every day at that time, but was a rude awakening the first night. Other than that, it was in a great location, and tucked away from other noise.

The house was perfect for our six family members while we visited Reno for our daughter’s graduation from UNR.

I booked this stay for my son's wedding weekend/Labor Day. He lives in the neighborhood so it was convenient. If you're looking to be close to downtown/midtown this is 10 minutes away. It was a great property for extended family.
The house is super clean. Not like dude clean, like this passes clean grandma test. Usually my mom will complain the minute we walk into a VRBO house and it lasts for 15 minutes, and then she gets it out of her system. I expected this stay and it never happened so thats great she couldn't find anything to complain about. Thats the highest praise I can give.
The pics are pretty accurate. It says 4 BR and technically 1 is a BR but not super private. The master is huge and has a sleep number bed, a huge tub, and fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked and you could whip up a meal with what is on hand, but we spent most meals outside of the house. The furniture is in good condition and comfortable.
The pool table, ping pong table, and hottub are nice amenities but I was so busy with wedding stuff so never had a chance to use them.
Will keep this one in my favorites and will probably stay again.

Great host. Location feels remote but everything in town is maybe 15 minutes by car. Nice brewery with food truck within walking distance.

Property was perfect. Great location, great neighborhood. Central to all our activities. Our main reason for visiting Reno was to attend Rodeo. Had a great time. Only minor issue was the hot tub jets didn't seem to have any power. Otherwise, wonderful! Will rent again if in Reno.

Charming location walking distance to mountain hiking trails and Truckee river. 10 minutes from downtown. House is in well-kept neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home is well appointed and pet friendly with excellent enclosed back yard. Wi-Fi signal excellent . Train sounds periodically add to atmosphere. We are rebooking for later this year for family reunion.

Clean and comfortable 3 bedroom home with large kitchen and dining area. Perfect accommodations for my family's get together. Quiet family neighborhood near public land trails and fishing the Truckee River. Easy communications with the property manager. We plan to book again this summer!!

We were very happy with our stay at this property. I have rented many homes traveling with my large family, and we all agreed that this home had the best kitchen set up of any home we've ever rented. There is always a kitchen device that we can't find and wish we had when cooking at our VRBO's in the past, but this home had everything we needed and more.
We also appreciated the games in the living room as my toddlers spent a lot of time playing with the new toys.
All the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The home was located in a nice neighborhood that was easy driving distance from all of our family in Reno. We would definitely want to stay at this home again on our next trip to visit our Reno family.

This place is beautifully situated for hiking, fishing, etc, and is clean, well set up - it was perfect for our family. Highly recommend and will rent again!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. It was better than the pictures and we’ll equipped with all we needed. The location was nice and my local Reno family was able to gather with us for a lovely family dinner.
My only suggestion would be to switch to unscented detergents and fabric softeners for the linens as a couple of my family members had to stay elsewhere due to allergic reactions to the intense synthetic smell of the ones currently used.

Home in beautiful family neighborhood
The house was nicely laid out and well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool table very much! The couches were nice, the backyard was fenced, and there was a very nice kitchen.

Had a small hiccup and Andrew came over immediately and we resolved the issue. 100% better than we expected and would stay here again any time.
Plus the hot tub was everything we imagined and larger than it looks in pictures

The floor plan being one story easy for our 80+ yo grandparents. Wish we could have hiked across the street and near the river but the weather didn’t cooperate. Loved that our grand dog could visit us during the day and didn’t have to be left behind at his house. Over all we would give the property a 5star. Did have a couple of plumbing issues but the host was responsive.

House is great for a family. Lots of amenities. Clean, TVs, nice pool table, access to hiking trails and hot tub.
Kitchen was great for quick meals and internet was excellent.

The pictures are pretty accurate… this house has a pool table, hot tub, ping pong table, darts, and fast internet with Hulu TV… also some bikes in the garage if your interested… it has multiple fire places and a sleep number king sized bed… I didn’t have any negative issues with the property or the property managers… the only issue was there is a train that goes by the house every few hours and blows its whistle… might be an issue for light sleepers… overall a great experience… I would rent this property again in a heartbeat…
