A great place to stay, right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg close to all the shops, restaurants, and activities. Would definitely recommend this place. Very pleased with our stay.

Property was ideally located near the Park and numerous restaurants. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The swimming pools and area around them were very clean. However the outside of the building is definitely in need of an update. Dingy and not attractive!

My wife and I along with our two children had a great trip to Gatlinburg, a big part of that was this awesome little condo. Very clean, and completely as described. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The small kitchen was perfect for us to prepare breakfast before setting off on our days adventure. The building itself could use a little sprucing up, but this condo along with both pools were GREAT! I wouldn't hesitate to book this place.

The property was clean, but had very little privacy. The kitchenette, consisted of a refrigerator and a stovetop with one small, and one large burner. There is no oven at all to bake anything. If you plan to cook meals, I would say not a good idea. Also the setup has the kitchen adjacent to the small l.r. which limits sleeping in. This would probably work fine for 2 adults, or 2 adults with small children. Not for adults traveling with teens.

Great location! Perfect size for a couple or a couple and an infant!

Condo was exactly as described. We walked everywhere and only drove when going outside of Gatlinburg.

Loved the ease of check- in. 2 nicely kept pools. Quiet, close to everything. Could not have been happier!

The condo was great and a very short walk to downtown gatlinburg. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Host was easily accessed when we had questions and super nice!

The condo was spotless with cute decor and huge comfortable bed. The little kitchen helped a lot with meals when the kids just wanted something small. We stayed there because of the location, however, although it is in walking distance to the stores- it wasn’t exactly a great location. It is on a shady dark back road where ALOT of people were walking to take a short cut through the condos parking lot with alcohol to get to their destinations. The parking lot and condo complex were wide open to anyone who wanted. The area is really becoming more of a party scene. There was a younger group who were stirring trouble and ended up being arrested. No one in the condo complex made sure they didn’t return- apparently there’s no management or any kind of security at all. The cameras must be fake?? They did end up returning and it was uncomfortable. They were scary, hanging out in their car in the parking lot for hours blasting music and staring every person down. They did damage a vehicle and have a verbal altercation with an older gentleman. I did contact the owner and she just said to call 911… I realize it was not her fault however she could have contacted property management and did not. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside patio or indoor pool because we were literally fearful because this day in age you never know if they have weapons. Again the condo itself was great, but I’d never stay again because of the location and safety concerns for my family.

Perfect for my husband and me. We were close enough to the action. The condo was in a quiet location and was very accessible. The king size bed was very comfortable!

We had a great stay! Loved being able to just park our car and walk around town. Exactly as advertised. Perfect size for the two of us. Would highly recommend to others and we would stay here again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. There was a concern about the sliding door not locking and having to use the bar that was provided. We didn't really cook there, but did have coffee in the am-very appreciative for the coffee, sugar and creamer!!!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was my husband and myself with our two children. It's cozy and small but was everything we needed since we spent very little time in the room!
