The overall stay was pleasant but the main bedroom door can totally off (frame and all) when I tried to enter it. Turns out finishing nails were used to secure it. There were also coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. The downstairs did smell a little. Other than that, good stay.

The cabin was nicely furnished with two beds on separate floors. The Christmas decor was a great touch and it felt warm and inviting. Getting the location was challenging and should not be atttempted in inclement conditions. The last .5 mile up the mountain is fairly steep. My only complaints were the quality of the water at this location. It smelled like sulphur and didnt tast great. I would recommend buying bottled water. The dryer did not work terribly well. It could take about 2 hours to dry a load of laundry.
The view was nice and the back deck offered a place to sit and swing and just take in the mountain air. I would recommend this cabin to others looking for a Gatlinburg / mountain vacation experience.

This is a nice cabin nestled way up on a mountain but close enough to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg to enjoy it all.

The stay was great. Only thing is road’s getting to the cabin were very steep and curvy. The wife isn’t a fan of that.

hot tub can use some attendance a good cleaning or explantion, the tv could be bigger in the living room all iall was fun enyoyed the pool table the water wasnt to deep (hahahahaha)

This property was very cute and in a very quaint location. Just watch out for the fact that there are no shoulders on the way up to the cabin, and the road is very narrow. The cabin inside was cozy and very clean. We slept well and enjoyed both porches. A few simple upgrades would really make a big difference; new showerheads and toilets, a couple of SMART TVs, and a wine opener would be great. Also some 409 or cleaning supplies.

"Sleepin Inn" is just as described and we enjoyed our stay. Well located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The check in was alright. Quick and easy. But the smell in the cabin when the water is turn on smelt so bad!! It smell like sewage! The shower head downstairs is so dirty, there's orange gunck coming out of it. The jacuzzi was huge but my I can't use it without the whole cabin stink up with the awful smell. There's gotta be something wrong with their pipes or plumbing because it smell so bad!!! We weren't able to shower for the whole weekend and brush our teeth. We won't be coming back to this cabin

The cabin was placed perfectly between Peigon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was nice and cozy and sleeping arrangements were great for a family. Had a great stay.

The rental was ok a little over priced for what I rented but all in all there was plenty of parking but like other cabins basement don't get any heat unless you root out the people upstairs they need to put and extra unit or a mini split system or 2 zones on the heater

My husband, son, and I truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was just as described. We loved the pool table and the back porch with the swing. The hosts were great with communication. We will definitely plan on staying again.

Don't do it! It's out dated; beds are horrible; shower is too small for average adult; no lighting; shower head sprays hard in one direction; can't shower without getting head wet; linens/towels cheap;
When you spend this kind of money, you should get top quality accomodations and this property is NOT ...I repeat...NOT...top quality!

Plumbing is questionable, water stench is a health concern, toilets don't fit adult size bodies, toilet on ground level never flushed properly so we kept the use off limits, cooking pans, pots etcetera need an upgrade and the cabin is neighboring an active construction site so.we.couldnt enjoy the por hes without the sounds of construction. There was no contact information for assistance if needed. Not a fan of leaving the only key to the cabin in the lock box with my belongings inside with the construction workers. We didn't feel safe. Other then that, we made it work, there were a lot of positives about the place. We will read previous reviews before booking another property again. Lesson learned

The property was very clean but very outdated. The furniture was all very old and uncomfortable. There was no table on the deck to be able to eat outside. This property would be a great cabin if the owners would redecorate.

Cabin was ok. Could have been cleaner. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hot tub was not clean. The large tub in the master had bugs crawling in it so we didn’t use it. The cabin had all the kitchen cookware needed and the pool table was a nice addition. The pullout bed in the rec room was not usable.

Overall stay was good. Only had a couple of issues with cabin, tub in master had a lot of particles come out of jets when came on which was pretty gross, furniture needs updating & TV’s need updating as well,water is very hard water with strong smell,pool table needs updating to. For the price it was a decent rental
