Modern interior, kept to a clean standard. Useful supplies were provided and the staff were very polite. The breakfast included was great!

The room shared a door with an establishment that created a lot of noise during the nights. The employees of the company seemed to be in a door-opening marathon, constantly disrupting the sleep. The lack of nighties tranquility negatively impacted my rest and enjoyment of the place

located in a quiet area, about a 10 minute easy walk into the main area of split. Rooms were smaller than we thought but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great air-conditioning, good hot shower, comfortable bed & pillows and a very good continental buffet breakfast.
what really made this stay, however, were the staff - all very friendly and the reception staff were very helpful and knowlegable, always asked where we had been that day etc! Some higher rated hotels could learn something from them.
would have been nice to have a kettle though!

We went on a family trip (19 of us).Rooms were spotlessly clean and new. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Everyone of us was so happy staying here. Highly recommend 😀

The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I was even provided a to-go bag for lunch. The room was very comfortable and clean. Will stay there again if I am ever back in Split.

Breakfast was great. And at the end girl in the kitchen made pancakes for us to take on a beach. Exellent!!!

The breakfast was good, nice design of the room, small balcony, not far from the old town. The staff was really nice.
Very small room and with a step in it. We stayed for 3 nights and after the first night didn't get fresh towels and the glasses were not washed. Need to go up about 20 steps with your luggage in order to reach the room.

Short walk to city centre; superb breakfast, and the staff: both Ivana and Angela are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure everything works smoothly, and providing very nice info on what to see and do.

The room was clean, very nice and cosy. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is a nice (max. 10 min) walk away from the city center. There is free parking next to the hotel (ask the staff, they will help with directions).

the staff were friendly and helpful- they gave us what we asked for when we needed it and the beds were ok. not sure about value for money but for split at this time of the year it is probably the best option we could find within budget.
the location isn’t great looking when you walk outside as it is in a residential part of split but the good thing is it is only a 10-15 min walk to the main part of split. the rooms are not very sound proof and breakfast is ok quite limited.
