Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 2ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière paresseuse. Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous directement à cet étage. La piscine intérieure, la piscine extérieure, la rivière paresseuse, le toboggan, la piscine pour enfants, le centre de remise en forme et la plage sont à 1 étage, ce qui vous permet de faire le déjeuner, de remplir votre glacière, de prendre une serviette supplémentaire, etc. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. The property was everything like the pictures showed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need. Indoor pool and hot tubs were used frequently by the grandkids. Loved the 9th floor tennis/pickleball court. Close to so many good restaurants, church, grocery stores and attractions. Not sure if it’s the floor tile or the general cleaning but felt it could use a deeper cleaning than maybe a mop could do. Staff at front desk and Charlotte were all so very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for family to gather and celebrate grandpa’s 80th birthday!!.

Overall the condo and property were nice. I'd book the condo again.The separate ice maker in the unit is a great feature and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and cups, including plastic ones and items for small kids. There are plenty of pots and pans but not really non- stick anymore so make sure you bring cooking spray. There is a K-cup coffee machine and a traditional coffee pot, which is nice depending on your preference. (Although, I'm not sure why there are two microwaves. The second one takes up a bunch of counter space.) We had an issue with the main light in the kitchen being out when we arrived. I called on Saturday "after hours", received a call back within an hour and it was fixed the next day. There was also a brief issue with the AC (not the fault of the condo or the rental company) and when I called before 8am when they opened, I had a call back by 8:15. Great service from the rental company!However, I think the unit could use a really good deep clean. I was making my kids wear shoes inside, otherwise their feet were turning black from walking on the floors. My son also turned on the jets in the tub in the master bath and a bunch of black stuff came out. The unit looked clean on the surface so they are cleaning between guests but it needs a bit more.

Second floor was wonderful because we didn’t have to wait in the crowded elevator. Just walked down stairs or pulled wagon with beach stuff down the parking ramp. Kids loved the pool/slide and it was very convenient going back and forth from pool to beach. The older ones stayed in the lazy river until 10:30 which they loved. Need to get a new microwave and fix TV access in bedrooms. Loved the ice maker in kitchen, too. Easy to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach, too. Wonderful week!!!

Everything was very nice but the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes s d the microwave wasn’t working we could only get it to heat on the 30 sec setting but lived everything else was great

Easy check in and out. The condo was very nice and roomy. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The only issue was the rugs needed to be cleaned. We all had dark on the bottom of our feet. Thought it was the tile but realized it was coming from the den rug. Otherwise great condo!

Upon arrival, we were able to check in early which was a huge bonus after driving with 5 children under the age of 5! Needless to say, they were ready to get to playing as were the adults! Our condo was the nicest we had ever been in. Loved having the garage on the same level as the condo, sure made for easy loading/unloading. The lazy river/slide was a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults! There were a few small things that could’ve used work but nothing too big to mention or fuss about during our stay! We loved this condo and will definitely be back in the future. Hopefully we can make this a family tradition from here on out!!!

We loved the layout of this condo as well as the location in the complex. The nice balcony overlooked the lazy river and the pool and all of the action! The second floor location was perfect, as we walked up when the elevator line was long. Being able to park in the garage just outside the condo was also a definite plus! We would definitely stay here again.

The main downside to the condo is the filthy floors. Within an hour we all had black feet including a crawling toddler with black knees. Floors never felt clean even
after sweeping many times (no mop in unit). Condo location is great on the 2nd floor. Carpets in front bedrooms stained and need replacing. Good seating for everyone in living area. Decently stocked kitchen. Ice maker always a plus. Would rent again but cleaning needs to be improved .

Owners need to assess what needs to be added to the place. New sheets, flatwear and new bed pillows. 2 knobs, one missing on one of the closet doors and one missing on the chest under the tv in the family room!

Overall the rooms where excellent. Few issues with dryer not drying, screen door broken, microwave buttons not all working and not enough forks…but that all can be over looked with the location, view, lazy river and overall greatness of the beach.

Easy access to the beach. I don't think we used the elevator even once! #204 is very nice & well supplied, however, the condo was very obviously only surfaced cleaned. We actually borrowed a Swiffer to clean ourselves. I did relay this to our contact & it was resolved afterwards. Could use some updating. Overall 3 1/2 stars.

The facility, location, view, proximity to beach, apartment and furnishing are all excellent. However, we all felt that the apartment cleanliness was sub-par to 3 star motel standard!!! Walking barefoot our feet soles turned brown!!! All 3 couples felt we needed to clean the bath counters before using!! There were only small bath towels and one hand towel per bedroom (this is ridiculously cheap - you should do better). The cleaning crew either needs to be better trained OR have an attitude adjustment.

I felt there was a lot of "policing" on this property - some definitely necessary, but some a little over the top. It was definitely run more like a hotel than owner owned property. The condo itself had a few issues with cleanliness: the air filter was absolutely filthy and obviously not changed in quite awhile, there was mold in the showers, sand in the fridge, and hair left in the shower when we arrived. The coffee maker was also old and the hot plate on it falling apart as well as utensils that broke. The sheets also wouldn't stay on the master bed - very frustrating to sleep well with that issue. The traffic on the way there was horrible and added about 2 hours to our journey. The location and amenities at the condo facility, however, were great and the access to the beach was great so we focused on that when saying we enjoyed our visit.

This unit is in a wonderful location and the facilities are awesome. Our family of nine, with 6 adults, one five year old and two seven year olds, was very comfortable in this spacious condo.
The second floor condo was so convenient. While the elevator lines were sometimes very long, we were able to take one flight of stairs to the beach and pool areas. The lazy river, pools and water slide were a big hit with the kids as well as the adults.
The only downside to the trip was the condition of the unit when we arrived. The tile floors were very dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the unit was disappointing.
We would consider returning to this unit in the future if the cleaning issues would be resolved.
