This was the perfect place for us to visit. The view is amazing... even with the construction. We watched a Satellite launch and saw a sea turtle come from the ocean. There is an American Legions and Bar right across the street if you just want to go have a drink and play darts or pool. We also visited beaches that were close by and Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. The host were very friendly and prompt with their responses. If we visit that area again- we will stay there!

The view was amazing! The condo was exactly as described. Perfect location and easy access to the beach. Communication with the owners was exceptional. Neighbors and workers were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location, perfect views! We had coffee every morning on the balcony and listened the ocean and watched the sunrise. We had everything we needed and more! Communication was key during the repairs, and this host did not disappoint!! They let us know everything we needed to know. Loved the condo! The lady sitting in the security vehicle was a bit rude when we tried to ask her a question, but that didn’t spoil our fun! Will definitely stay again!

The view from the balcony is heaven! The condo is exactly as described. The one parking space allotted is covered, however it is very very tight if you have an SUV. I had to let my daughter out before I parked because there was no way to open the door. There was some issue with water, so we did not have hot water. By the 2nd day I requested an early check out because there was no exact answer as to when the hot water would return. I don’t know about you, but after being at the beach all day, i like a long hot shower. The owners understood and refunded me the remainder of my trip.

The view was absolutely AMAZING and the condo was perfect! The condo was comfortable and homey and we really enjoyed our stay! The area was not crowded and not much traffic which was perfect! The owner was very sweet and communicated with us throughout the week and provided us a list of places to go and things to do! We plan on coming back at some point when we can stay longer than a week! ❤️🏝

Great location and great owners!

The location of the condo is super. You are right on top of the ocean. Great views. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean tides is very relaxing. The condo itself has everything you need. It is very clean. Very roomy. Linda our landlord is a pleasure to deal with. She responds very quickly and resolves any issue that comes up.

My family and I spent a week here and loved it! Great views of the ocean and spectacular sun rises. Owners are great to work with and provide regular communication to ensure all is going well. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for the great experience?

Even though our building was going thru some repairs our living quarters were excellent. Our landlord was very gracious and responded quickly to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year.

Property was as described, we enjoyed the sunrise and evening walk. The property is located right on the shore, property owner clarified all my questions. my family enjoyed the stay. Would visit again!

Everything we experienced was as expected. The location was perfect . The ocean is footsteps away from the unit. Enjoyed the sunrise every morning with coffee on the balcony. The building is currently undergoing renovation. Our host was very upfront and honest with us so there were no surprises.

Outside of building needs some work. However inside the condo was clean and had everything you need. The view from family room onto the beach was gorgeous

The condo was everything one could expect. We had a wonderful time during our stay. If you want to be close to the ocean. This is the place. At times it seems you can practically reach out from the balcony and touch the ocean. Not quite but almost.

Owners of the condo were wonderful! The condo was very clean , quiet , and peaceful . It had all of the comforts of home and the beach . The kitchen was well equipped and there were chairs , a cooler , umbrella for the beach . The maintenance people were friendly and very accommodating. The best part of our vacation was literally having the ocean directly in front of our balcony . Every morning , we would watch the sunrise as we drank our first cup of coffee . It is the perfect place to unwind, relax , and rejuvenate. Looking forward to going back again.

We had a great trip and enjoyed staying in this condo. Check in was easy and the owner's did a great job providing information and updates. The owner quickly responded to a text regarding a small issue. The unit was as expected based on the photos and description. The view is great and beach access is very easy. There is great pizza restaurant across the road and other restaurants are a short drive away. There are some rocks in the ocean in front of the unit. This is not a big deal but you need water shoes especially for children. My family would stay here again and we recommend this unit.

The condo was literally on the beach very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath kitchen and first bathroom could use an update the condo building needs updated as well but the location is awsome

My husband and I stayed here with our son who’s 15, we had a blast. The building is older and could use upgrades but right on the beach, the view is amazing and owners were awesome. Check in was easy, would recommend lock box so Carolyn wouldnt have to wait for us since we got in late. But overall super happy and highly recommend.

When I say this is the closest you can stay to the water in Satellite Beach, I mean it literally. I'm originally from the area and this building was built with a seawall less than a stone's throw from the waves at high tide, unlike almost all the other newer condos which were built farther back off the dunes. This particular unit is also the closest unit in the building to the water with a direct ocean facing view off the balcony. The roar of the waves crashing and the epic sunrise views just can't be beaten. If you want to walk on the beach, you can be down the stairs and on the sand in 30 seconds. I caught a couple SpaceX launches during my stay including an amazing night launch, watched some lightning storms over the ocean, and saw ospreys flying by the balcony carrying fish multiple times daily. The building's older but most of the unit feels modern, save for the original oven & range and the master bedroom closet/bathroom area. Nice tile floors, decent TVs with cable, good internet, unobnoxious decor, comfy furniture, fully stocked with dishes/linens/cookware/cleaning supplies/beach gear/hand soap/towels/etc. The owners and their property manager who checked me in were very professional and responsive.

This property is a well maintained older condominium with views of the ocean.Although the building itself and common areas are older ,warn and adequately maintained the apartment itself is clean and modernized.Everything needed to support a stay( although I didn't cook)is provided.Even the support cleaning supplies were provided.The communication between myself and the owners was extremely encouraging prior to my stay and supportive after.I would stay there again.Thank you to the owners for providing such a nice experience.
