The place is even better than it looks in the pictures. The rooms are large enough and cozy, the terrace is stunning big and has a wonderful sea view. You find there everything you may need for a long stay, even beach umbrellas and pods for the washing machine. The beach is a stone’s throw away, and around the house are a lot of places where you can eat like a real Italian. I stayed here ten wonderful days and I’m very much looking forward to return. The host was very helpful and arranged for us the transfers from and to the Ciampino Airport. Grazie, Eugenia, grazie, Antonio, you are meraviglioso! See you soon!

Apartment was was nice and spacious. View from balcony to sea was beautiful 😍
It was raining at night time and raindrops were making me wake up as it was quite loud. WC seats need to be adjusted, was moving while sitting. Also got little smell of sewage pipes.

perfect location, very beautiful and big balcony with an amazing view.
it was too cluttered and the bathtub wasn't working properly. water would leak everywhere because the door to it wasn't installed properly. I think it would have more potential if it would be less crowded especially in the kitchen area.

a lovely apartment within walking to the beach and shops. well equipped and the terrace is fabulous for being outside and views to the beach. we arranged pickup from Ciampino and drop off to Fiumicino which was fabulous and really reasonable.

There is everything one needs. Extra free water and pasta (among other little details).
Clean. Big apartment with nice sea view (everything looked like on pictures). Good contact with host and punctual.
20min walk to Lido Centro, 2min from beach and good coffee.
Some old humidity and erosive marks in the bathrooms due to the sea (not cleanable but maybe to renovate soon?). Otherwise no bad comment! :-)

Thanks to Marinela and Antonio, everything was great! The apartment is the same like in the photos, location is very good, large terrace, 2 bathrooms. The host was extremly helpful! All you need is near the apartment! We were happy to stay there! GRAZIE!

We had a very nice contact to our host Marilena via Whatsapp even some days before we arrived. She welcomed us very friendly and showed us everything in the appartement. She organized a shuttle to the airport for us and asked us if everything was ok during our stay. Perfect hoster and absolutely stunning appartement, especially the balcony was amazing!

Very lovely apartment and super nice host! There is everything you need and even more (like oils, pasta, salt, coffee and tea). Great position - close to the sea and city center, shop, bus stop. And absolutely fantastic terrace all around apartment. I highly recommend it!

Andrea was an excellent host, very attentive and helpful. It was easy to communicate on WhatsApp with the host, he was fast and super-efficient. There was a very generous welcome food and drink supply awaiting us on arrival, which was a very nice gesture. The apartment itself is very well stocked up on anything you may need during your stay. It was like home away from home :) The apartment is very easily accessible with the lift and features a huge perimeter balcony with a BBG, sunbeds, lots of space for eating and relaxing. The house is well located, close to the sea and the town centre, great facilities overall. We had a very comfortable stay - thank you very much!!
Sometimes there was smell in the main bathroom from the drains, and the vertical shower holder needs to be fixed better to the wall. Otherwise no issues
