Todo el concepto es hermoso tienes una habitación especial y tu piscina privada la cual llenan con agua calientita que es fantástico ya que dura mucho rato a buena temperatura de noche esas luces tenues simplemente mágico

Pensé que era frente al lago por el precio y que tendrá una buena vista, pero no le quita lo íntimo y hermoso de su concepto

I fell in love with Mandala Thai ! Definitely going to book again !such a beautiful and peaceful place ! Pool was warm and clean always ! great staff . Room was so comfortable and gorgeous .

love the privacy

The design of the room is very different and appealing. The intent of bringing nature very close to the room is also very nice. The idea of the private outside area and the private pool is would be amazing if it worked properly.

we haven’t received a single smile from the boy in the reception (the one who works during the week in the morning that looks very young). nothing was polite from here. The whole experienced at this hotel was about feeling well received and well treated. This guy made all that disappear. Every time I needed to ask something (as simple as please open the parking door) he made us feel very uncomfortable to interrupt his video calls with friends. I asked if he could fill the pool a bit more and just gave me a rude no (not a single explanation or something to be empathic). I asked for suggestions of restaurants, the answer was: only here in the hotel, the others are 15 minutes by car from here… and no suggestions at all. I asked the pool to be filled at 12:00, it was 15:00 and they couldn’t make it work so I had to leave, it was cold and I couldn’t take advantage out of it. The towels in the hotel were damaged which makes no sense for a luxury hotel. There was a mosquito electric plug in the bedroom with no refill. I called the reception and they said, oh this is responsibility of my friend and she’s not here. So I had to go the supermarket to by my own, because the amount of bugs is crazy mainly outside the room. At no point I saw any other person from the staff or owners so I could ask for help or complain. For this price I would totally recommend you to find another hotel.

The overall look and atmosphere was beautiful. I loved the pool and how secluded it was. I also loved how much space was just for us.

No closet , too many mosquitoes , water takes long to heat and toilet was not flushing properly.

The cleanliness was horrible
