Location is incredible. Apartment was wonderful. Spacious, clean, with everything you need, even seasoning in the kitchen cupboard! Great views from the balcony. Our host, Bozidar, was very helpful and welcoming.

Amazing location. It's a few flights of stairs up, but it's a big, wide, well-lit stairwell. Locals in the other apartments (not tourists). Great layout over two floors. Lower floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a well equipped and comfortable lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony. Upper floor has 1 bedroom with balcony then a separate bedroom with just a roof window and sofa bed - you walk through this bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom. Everything worked well including the a/c and it was all very clean. I would describe it as basic/no frills (e.g. minimal furniture, beds not particularly comfortable) but the price and location made up for it. Overall, a very convenient base for exploring the area. Great that they provided (well worn) beach towels as well as bathroom towels. We enjoyed having breakfast in the apartment (supermarket a few mins walk away for local pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice... plus a good takeaway coffee shop just opposite - kitchen had enough bowls/plates, water filter jug in fridge) then we ate out for lunch and dinner (theres a promenade with several restaurants just outside which have a nice, quiet atmosphere). Host was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend.

No negatives, really. I guess the stairs were a bit tiring, but rewarded with a nice view from the balcony.

Very pleasant apartment in scenic surrunding. We spent a fantastic week in Kotor. Apartment is located just next to the seaside in a walkable distance form the old city. Free and safe parking is also nearby. If we have a chance to visit Kotor one more time wie will deffinitelly stay at the same apartment.

Clean, spacious accommodation as described. Great open lounge / kitchen for six to chat comfortably. Hopped straight across the small road to town beach each day plus ten minute walk to wonderful Old Town. Thanks Bozidar for your great communication and welcome both before and at Kotor.

the location was perfect, it was just next to the beach and very close go the old town, shopping mall etc. The house can accomodate 6 people easily. the owner was so helpful.

the apartment from outside doesn’t look so good/clean/new but it’s not even a problem.
