The property was exceptional! As we were staying there over Christmas, De'arne provided thoughtful touches with eucalyptus leaves and baubles and made it feel as if it was our home away from home, it made it feel so special. The entire house was so well equipped, we have stayed in many holiday properties, and this was by far the best equipped kitchen I have ever encountered and it made a huge difference as we were hosting Christmas with our families and we had travelled from interstate. It was incredibly child friendly and our daughter loved the trampoline! De'arne was friendly, very quick to respond and very flexible, thank you for being such a wonderful host.

We loved the outdoor areas and the teenage retreat. So great. BBQ amazing. Outdoor shower handy and firepit area and seating area such a bonus. Location perfect for us. Walk tracks and running tracks close by.

It was a modern, tastefully furnished new home with a fantastic layout. There is a separate teenage retreat and plenty of outdoor entertaining area. The peaceful garden setting and fire pit are a bonus. Plenty of beds for two families and the kids to bring friends. The owner was lovely and easy to communicate with.

The property was very clean well furnished and very liveable. Perfect for what we needed.

The house was perfect for our family Easter holiday break. Everything that we could possibly need was provided. The kids loved the trampoline and abundance of games that were provided. Great location and my old dog loved being able to be walked to the dog beach as well as within an easy driving distance to lots of things that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. To sum up it was even better than we were expecting and we loved every minute of our stay

One of the best kept secrets on the Mornington Peninsula - a hidden gem. This property is beautifully maintained and has everything a family could want on a summer escape holiday. great location. Great Amenities. Great hosts. Far and away our most relaxed beach holiday. Sitting by the fire pit listening to the ocean waves at night was perfect and the bungalow meant that the teenage kids had their own space. Thank you
