Il est très central, dans un quartier sûr et à distance de marche des restaurants, des épiceries, des magasins, des magasins de location, RonJons, du musée des dinosaures, des excursions en bateau, etc. Il a un lit complet dans la chambre et un futon dans le salon. Calme et très plage. La piscine est calme et surplombe la rivière. Le condo est équipé avec des bases pour la cuisine et il y a une blanchisserie sur place, câble et WiFi.

Comfy Condo in Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is convenient to many good restaurants and attractions, and close to good shopping as well. The bed was very comfortable, and having Smart TV's was great. We will be there again sometime soon ...

The condo is a bit small for 2 adults and 2 young children but it was cozy! The location is amazing. Walking distance to many places we brought the kids! We took turns fishing on the back dock while the kids swam in the pool. Id definitely recommend this condo for anyone! Thanks a lot we had a wonderful stay.

Had a wonderful stay for 20 days in Feb 2019. Cozy condo, very clean and well supplied (beach chairs, cooler, wi-fi, cable, etc)! Condo is conveniently located in the Cocoa Beach area to beaches, restaurants, site-seeing. Walking distance to the famous Ron-Jon's - there they have a bike-share (Zagster) station - which makes getting around even more enjoyable. Owner was very accommodating and pleasure to work with.

Wonderful Stay!
Had a wonderful stay for 20 days in Feb 2019. Cozy condo, very clean and well supplied (beach chairs, cooler, wi-fi, cable, etc)! Condo is conveniently located in the Cocoa Beach area to beaches, restaurants, site-seeing. Walking distance to the famous Ron-Jon's - there they have a bike-share (Zagster) station - which makes getting around even more enjoyable. Owner was very accommodating and pleasure to work with.
