no cooking intensel like pots knife when you go for an Air BNB it should have all this as you want a private experience this differentiate it from a conventional hotel

The room was absolutely stunning. It was warm and comfortable, they thought of everything, a welcome gift, beautiful shower and comfortable bed. There was a smart TV which was handy for if you are staying in. It is a little haven, thank you so much!!

I would rather be able to speak to someone when calling the number than an answering machine but it wasn't a massive issue either.

Location was great walking distance from most areas of interest. Shower was excellent and kitchen amenities useful. Excellent heating and washing machine. Nice touch with the welcome box.

Could do with blackout blinds, a mirror, a wine corkscrew opener and some where to put toiletries in the bathroom.

Aside from the stairs, it’s the shower that is clogged. We always try to wait for 10mins or more before someone could use the shower again. It’s flooding inside the shower most of the time.

L'emplacement est idéal, petit cocon cosy en plein centre. Les lieux étaient très propres.

L'isolation sonore est clairement à revoir. C'est le seul point négatif. Celui ci engendre de la fatigue pour un court week-end surtout si vous n'êtes pas fêtards ou couche tard. On entendait vraiment toute la rue (piéton, voiture..).

Was okay. If you like tall ceilings this is for you. Very well thought of and clean. Thanks for the cookies! Particularly liked the bathroom. Was immaculate. And the kitchen too.

We didnt have a view. But I guess £130 for 2 nights that’s okay. The tall windows were directly facing the wall of an adjacent structure, but some sunlight can still come through. It can be a bit chilly even with all radiators at max (either that or we just didnt know how to work it properly). Our wifi broke down on our 2nd night, we messaged but no reply. The flooring can be a bit shaky with heavy steps. There were noisy guests who came in late at night. Of course this isnt the property’s fault.

Location was very good and the layout of the room and the space in was great.

We was on top floor & wasn’t great for my asthma So many steps for the top room.

The heat in the bathroom was too much

Well, all I can say is check the link to the check-in before you get there,...I was over an hour outside the property as my phone security (I think) wouldn't allow me to access the link, I was supposed to go to the theatre show starting at 2.30, fortunately 3 lovely ladies let me into the building, I was beyond cold at this point, and managed to leave my case in left luggage. The person I spoke to on the phone just kept sending the link which I couldn't access. I eventually sent this to a friend, who managed to open it and send me the codes for check-in. Wasn't an ideal start, I was there for the theatre on the Sunday and to work on the Monday. There is a large step when you open the front door, no warning, and in the dark I almost face-planted the hallway floor. The room itself was lovely with everything I needed, and the bathroom gorgeous, shower was fabulous. I didn't go out at night as I was working the next day, so got something to eat from the Sainsbury nearby and relaxed for the night. The bed bizarrely was a double bed with 2 single mattresses, one soft and one hard, whenever I turned over I ended up in the middle of the 2, also one slightly higher than the other,...not great for sleep. The old windows need double glazing desperately, I almost sh*t myself wakening up at 2am with the sound of guys talking, who I thought were in the room. They were in fact on the street outside. The fridge made this humming noise which was on and off all night. Nice wee treat of a box of biscuits on the table on arrival. Wasn't the best start, but once in the room, it was ok

The location was exceptional, very central and close to many amenities. The room size was ideal for a group of 4 and the facilities were very clean. We were also able to get both late check out and luggage storage for the whole day, which was incredibly helpful.

We travelled as a group (3 pax) and it was definitely still comfortable. Worth the price we payed for and it was an easy walk around the city. The little gift was a nice touch, it definitely showed how they care about the guests. We have placed our arrival time at 11 am and luckily the room was ready during that time despite their check in is normally at 3pm, that was very much appreciated.

The sachets for the bath soap were just not enough, given that I don’t travel having to bring toiletries when I’m staying in a hotel, that was a small inconvenience.

Stairs are uncomfortable for families with buggies

Lo bien ubicado y limpio que estaba, además de tener todas las comodidades esperadas. Cabe destacar el regalo de bienvenida con unas galletitas y la cocina totalmente equipada y nueva con lavadora, microondas, tostadora, vitro con dos fuegos y todo los utensilios necesarios.

La falta de armarios por decir algo, pero tienes un burrito a la entrada para poder colocar la ropa.

Doesn’t have lifts. We have larges suitcases and i didnt realize we were booked at the 3rd floor.

Самостоятельная регистрация по коду на двери. Хозяин заранее прислал подробную инструкцию на электронную почту. Удобное расположение, 5 минут пешком от остановки автобуса в аэропорт. Рядом много магазинов, пабов. К Старому городу 15 минут пешком. Достаточно большие просторные апартаменты, тепло, высота потолков 4 метра, 3 окна. На кухне достаточное количество посуды, чай, кофе, сахар, молоко, печенье. Есть возможность разогреть пищу, приготовить чай, постирать и погладить вещи.

Кастрюля и сковородка не подходили к индукционой плите, поэтому мы не смогли ими пользоваться. Следует их заменить. Тусклое освещение в комнате, желательно поставить лампы поярче.

Very good location, exceptionally clean studio., comfortable bed. Very nice treat from the hosts left on the table.

None of the windows could be opened so no natural ventilation.

I hated the property as it is never suitable for any kind of people: Even for homeless.

Dirty, blood stains in sheets, the carpet and sofas were all in stains( I will support with pictures), the bath tube had loads of stains in it, window glasses were not fitting so you can throw inside envelopes, 10 at the same time, windoows are all in dirt and damp as well as walls. Heavy smell in bathroom that you can hardly breath. The entrance door is not secure. The noice of the traffic is awfull.

There's a washing machine in the property, and the room was quiet.

The ceiling was a bit low and the view from the window was a bit depressing.

Excellent location. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. The lady was very helpful and let us check in early. The welcome box of biscuits was really appreciated, as was the tea and coffee provided

Wunderschönes Zimmer in bester Lage. Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Aufgrund eine Fehlbuchung haben wir als Überbrückung für eine Nacht ein Zimmer benötigt. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Waschmaschine und allem nötigen Geschirr um sich was kleines zu Kochen. Wunderschönes kleines Bad mit einer riesigen Duschkabine. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Und die Schlafcouch war auch bequem.

Extrem hohe Geräuschkulisse. Man konnte jeden Nachbarn gehen hören und spüren. Auch wenn man selbst gegangen ist hat das ganze Zimmer vibriert. In der Früh hat ein unerträgliches Geräusch begonnen. Danach konnte man nicht mehr einschlafen. Für mehr als eine Nacht ist dieses Zimmer nicht zu empfehlen.

It was cozy and the location was great, everything we wanted to see was in walking distance no more than 30 minutes.

When we arrived it was dirty, bedding had stains on it and the walls were covered in marks. during the night we could heard everything that was going on outside and inside and it felt very unsafe knowing there’s no inside lock on the door and that anyone who knew the code could come in. also the door to the room had a massive gap at the bottom which kept bringing very cold air in.

Looks exactly like photos, lovely bathroom and great location biscuits where a lovely touch and the host was very accommodating and even let us know the room was ready earlier for us.

Very bad/ dark lighting, there was lots of lamps but they all seemed very dingy , hard if your a girl who wants to do her make up and maybes abit to many messages about rules and regulations almost put me off thinking the host was gunna do anything to charge you for things but after staying I realise this isn’t the case.

The location. It was our second time staying there.

We were in apt BB right at the bottom so very dark & no view. But the main problem being we got no sleep there as the apt above us, the floor boards were so creepy that the people came back late around 12.30 at night & were constantly walking across floorboards making such a noise for about 50 mins. They then got up at 6.15 am and were for the next 45 mins doing the same again. God knows what they were doing to be walking backwards & forwards but Woke everyone up again. So for what we payed for the room I do expect better sound proofing. Also when I wanted to dry my hair with hairdryer the only mirror was in the bathroom but no plug there. Nothing in the room! So very frustrating & not leaving with a great impression sadly.
