It was in a great location.

The codes that were sent to me to access my room are wrong so I could not get into my room for over and hour. Three other guests could not even get in the front door as their codes didn’t work! Nobody picked up the phone when I called even thought it was during their businesss hours. I got an email telling me to use the original codes that were sent that didn’t work in the first place. I wound up figuring out that the code was the same as the bathroom code. Oh yeah, the bathroom is private, but it’s across the hall. There was no remote for the tv. The tv didn’t work anyway. The outlet for the coffee maker didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work. Staff, who answered my email, was of no help was so ever and there was never any follow up. The whole experience was a huge disappointment!

Lärm ... Alter Kühlschrank, der ununterbrochen gelärmt hat. Schlechte Belüftung. Einrichtung alt. Fernbedienung für den Fernseher fehlte. Man konnte nur die Nachttischlampe anschalten. Habe pünktlich - sorgar früher 10.20 Uhr - ausgecheckt, und bekomme dann um 12.09 Uhr eine Nachricht per Email, dass ich zu spät auschecke. Finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Dann dass man eine Kopie des Passes oder Ausweises schicken muss, per Email, finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Per Email ist das nicht sicher.

The location was very convenient for traveling around the city.

The room was very small. Using too many different codes for different doors was very inconvenient. The AC didn't work. In addition, we got locked out the day before our departure.

Did the job from a comfort standpoint, useful amenities like a microwave and a fridge were available as well.

The wifi was horrendous, actually awful for the entirety of my stay. This wouldn’t pose as too big of a problem for domestic travellers but for intentional travellers that might not have data in a foreign country, the wifi was practically unusable. Also the staff were extremely fickle about small things that add to guest experience like being able to check in even a couple minutes earlier. Check in is fixed to exactly 4:01PM, the door simply won’t open before that. The second the clock hits 11:00AM for checkout, they open your door without so much as a knock and charge you. The premise of the “hotel” seems to be to just short costs and suck as much money out of their paying guests, but hey, the model, while unethical, works I suppose. Don’t bother booking here, I truly wouldn’t recommend it.

The price wasn’t clear at all when we first booked.

No lift. It was so difficult to carry big bags.

good location (6 mins walk to a supermarket and a busy mall), the area is nice and quiet

although bathroom is private with a pass code but it is located outside of the room in the hallway

It is very comfort studio.

It was great The only thing is a little more flexibility in check in check out time
