Great location for going anywhere in town. Having off-street parking was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Victor is an excellent host!

The check-in process was easy and we communicated easily later with the host. The location is close to town without the cost of staying downtown. The two bedrooms allowed us to lay out our belongings. The bed was very comfy and everything was very clean. I'll try to stay here again when we return. Also, having a parking spot under an overhang kept us out of the rain while unloading.

Victor was a great host. Always prompt to respond to messages. 233A Hamilton was exactly what we were expecting and more. Very clean with well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the entertainment district - only 15 min walk.

Our stay was fantastic! Victor was very responsive as a host. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a bit further to George Street/Water street than anticipated, but it was still close to downtown as it was a 5 minute cab ride. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep going up to the apartment but we had no issues with them. We were so impressed by the apartment and I wish we had stayed longer.

This apartment is convenient for getting to the airport, downtown or the south side of St. Johns. It had all the basics we needed for our stay.

Victor’s property was as expected: clean, comfortable. An easy 30 minute walk (downhill) to George St. in the downtown area and a short 9.00 cab ride home.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We arrived by ferry and drove to St. John’s. The apartment, as stated is on the second floor. Comfortably furnished.
If staying more than 2 nights, bring personal supplies like toilet paper, soap etc. always bring personal gear.
The proximity of the apartment to The Trans Canada is perfect plus downtown is 5 minutes. We did not feel comfortable walking in the area but felt safe otherwise. Definitely would stay here again

This apartment was perfect for my stay in St John's. It was well located, and I was so happy to be able to prepare food there rather than having to go out for every meal. It felt like a home away from home.
