Ceci est une communauté du lac avec un accès privé à Rainbow Lake (environ 5 minutes à pied). La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, cuisinière à gaz, comptoirs en granit. La chambre familiale dispose d’un mobilier en cuir sur les sols en bois, d’un écran plat 60 pouces, d’un son surround et de la barre de son Samsung Blue Tooth Music. La chambre principale possède un écran plat de 50 ’et un lit queen size confortable. Master bain est immense avec douche à l'italienne et porte-serviettes chauffant. Un garage est disponible pour sécuriser le matériel et les jouets et les clients ont accès à l'utilisation de jouets dans le garage (kayak, canoë, vélos, etc.). Cour arrière spacieuse avec barbecue au gaz naturel et véranda arrière pour une détente supplémentaire.
Nous sommes situés dans les magnifiques montagnes blanches de Pinetop-Lakeside, près du lac Rainbow. Cette maison est parfaitement située pour une escapade hivernale ou des vacances d'été. Notre communauté a des tonnes d'événements, de restaurants et d'activités de plein air. Nous bénéficions également d'un accès privé au lac Rainbow.
La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement avec 1 lit queen, 1 lit superposé, 1 lit superposé avec lit gigogne simple et un lit gigogne simple dans la salle familiale.
Les clients auront accès à toute la maison. Les clients ont accès au garage pour sécuriser le matériel mais s'il vous plaît pas de parking. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement dans l'allée pour 4 voitures. Accès restreint au placard principal mais il y a beaucoup de rangement dans toute la maison.

Great Get-Away
Great neighborhood and location. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods yet everything is just minutes away. It is a great place for a family with children or for a couple just trying to get away and relax. Brian was great. He was readily available to answer questions. My husband and I recommend this vacation home.

Brian was an awesome host! He had many recommendations of things to do in town and restaurants to try. I stayed at Brian’s home with my wife and parents during the summer. There was ample space for us to gather and cook. The community the home is nestled in is absolutely perfect with friendly neighbors and dogs! We were lucky enough to be in town for the Balloon Festival which was awesome to see the small town gather. The balloons fly right over the house and the lake! I would absolutely stay at Brian’s home again, but bring my own shampoo and body wash!

The only thing I could possibly wish for would have been a fireplace. Though we enjoyed the firepit and horseshoes outside, our stay was windy on and off and the firepit felt not safe at times. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and big TV in their room. We definitely recommend this house and plan on staying again in the future.

We stayed for the long memorial day weekend. Brian was great! He was super responsive and helpful in any questions and gave suggestions on the area. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We walked down to both lake accesses to fish and use the tennis courts. We used the bikes a couple times. Overall great house and experience!

3 day weekend vacation
The place was in a great location within a beautiful setting. Quiet safe neighborhood located in a gated community. The backyard was huge with a nice patio. Perfect comfortable living room for my family to relax and watch tv. Well stocked kitchen with nice gas range for cooking. They even had a brand new air fryer, which was a nice surprise. Brian was very responsive the few times I had questions. Would definitely consider coming back for a longer vacation! Thanks Brian!

Great summer getaway
My family enjoyed six nights at this house in a gated community. The house was the perfect size for my family of four (2 adults plus adult children aged 20 and 22). Nice open floor plan and spacious backyard. Lots of outdoor seating and fire pit was fun.
Great kitchen and outdoor grill that we used for nearly every meal. There is a Safeway and Walmart grocery stores right down the road.
We loved walking in the gated community - beautiful homes and plenty of trees. Super quiet and loved being away from the Phoenix heat.
The owner offers plenty of outdoor toys (canoe, kayak, bikes, etc.) but we did not use - preferring instead to hike, golf and travel to Fools Hollow Lake (about 20 minutes away), which is a great all-around recreation area for swimming and lots of rentals like motorized fishing boats, stand up paddle boards, etc.
Access to Rainbow Lake docks (open to community) is about a 5 minute walk from the rental property but we did not go as it is really not for swimming or wading. We did not see many people or much activity on the lake within the gated community .

Family getaway from the Phoenix heat!
Our whole family enjoyed the property. The kids LOVED the bunk beds (ages 3 and 6), board game variety, backyard/patio, bikes and basketball. The area was great as it was a short walk to the lake.

Perfect spot for lake play!
Our family loved this home and this location. We spent hours on the water and made good use of the kayak and canoe. The code wasn’t working when we got there but Brian got it figured out within 30 minutes. Perfect home for kids!

A fantastic experience
Our stay was nothing short of excellent all the way around. Would definitely stay here again.
A few things we really liked:
- Located in a wonderful community a short walk to Rainbow Lake, where we caught some catfish and rainbow trout
- Clean and well furnished
- Had all the kitchen utensils we needed
- Had kayaks, a canoe, bicycles, fishing gear, and more
- Brian is super nice, made sure we had everything we needed, and was quick to respond with the questions we had
One thing I will note is that the dock available to residents is not actually on the property - it's about a five minute walk south (?) and is apparently available to anyone in the community to use. Nobody else was using it while we were there, but this is something to note if you are looking for a property with a dock accessible from the backyard (there are many such properties in this community if that's what you're looking for).
For the price, and for the amenities available, we were very happy with our experience!

Great stay!
Brian was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The house was super clean and the kid room with the bunks and trundle slept our 4 kids ages 9,7, 5, 3 easily with 2 sharing a bed. There were lots of toys and games for all of us to play. Our kids absolutely LOVED it and we enjoyed our stay a lot! I would highly recommend this property and working with Brian.

Fall Break Vacation
We had a great time staying here! There were 4 adults, and 4 children, and the space was perfect for all of us. The backyard - fire pit, horseshoe pit, and tranquility was just what we needed. A few steps to the lake, and amazing views. This is the mountains and nature, we met a few wild friends - and really enjoyed the cooler weather. Brian was responsive, helpful, and a great resource for our stay. Definitely will return if we head back up to the White Mountains. Kids and adults had a fun, relaxing, amazing weekend!

Great getaway in the Arizona pines!
We stayed for three days in this great location to get out of the heat of Phoenix and do some fishing. The property was exactly as described and owner was extremely responsive with all communication including a frantic text at 10pm about not being able to log onto wifi. He responded immediately with the information we needed. We are family of four- two boys ages 12 and 15. The property has so many amenities that we enjoyed- horseshoes, darts and the most fun my boys had was riding the bikes around the neighborhood which is something we can't do at home. They both said this was their favorite part. There are about 10 bikes of all sizes so the whole family was able to take one out. There are also three boats but we never had a chance to use them which would definitely be on our list for a return visit. Super easy access to the house with a Nest keypad entry, check-in was a breeze. My husband loved not having to keep track of a key and says he's going to put one on our house as soon as he can. Property was super clean and had everything we needed.

Wishing we were still there!
We came home to the 114 degree temp and right away wished we were back! We had a great time in this home which is in a very nice community and walking distance to Rainbow Lake. The home is very nicely laid out with 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is very well equipped and it's nice that there were many staples available in the cupboards in case you forgot to pack something. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return! Thanks Brian!

Great Weekend Stay for Fishing
We spent a weekend here and it was a great place for a getaway from the heat down in Scottsdale. The house had a ton of useful amenitees that you usually don't see in a rental such as kayaks and canoes which were really easy to get to and from the water. There were also bikes, sleds, and fishing poles. This house is really stocked for outdoor activities in any season.
The kitchen was well-stocked which was nice since we didn't have to buy little things like some seasonings and other stuff you typically forget on a weekend trip.
The backyard was great there is a large outdoor patio with a nice grill and horseshoe set up which made it really easy for us to just hang out around the house.
Communication with Brian the owner was very easy and streamlined the process we would definitely right here again.

The neighborhood is beautiful, along with the home!!! Walking distance to the lake! Home owner, Brian, is very communicative and provided us lots of information and recommendations! We definitely plan on returning again! Highly recommend this property!!

Family Vacation
Communication with the owner was great right from the start. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen fully equipped, big gas grill outside with enough seating for all of us. Beautiful landscape. The kids really enjoyed playing in the grass. The bicycles (all in excellent condition) were a huge bonus. And because it's a gated community, they were able to have their freedom without us having to worry about traffic. They highly enjoyed the tennis courts as well. There were plenty of tennis rackets for all of us to play at the same time. I don't think my kids have ever spend so much time outside. We wanted to see the fireworks but didn't know where to go, so I texted Brian, and within seconds I had all the information on where to go. He even added other fun events happening around town that weekend. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house.
