It is a beautiful property. Everyone enjoyed the stay. We had a golf cart for many trips to the beach, out to eat, and exploring.

The property was exactly as represented on the website. The house was perfect for our group of 5.

This property was better then I imagined! It was perfect for our group and in perfect location! We loved it and I highly recommend staying here!

I have stayed at several VRBOs but this location was one of the best. Before arrival I had contacted the owner twice and received an immediate response both times. House was spotless and on a quiet side road. Highly recommend this place

What an amazing house! We had plenty of room and parking, the house was super clean, and it had the best and most hooks of any rental that I have ever rented! Hooks for towels, hats, etc..... that was super useful. Just a beautiful place!

Wonderful vacation on Tybee Island! House was clean, conveniently located and had a well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a nature boat tour and saw lots of dolphins. Walked to beach every day and grocery store several times. Everyone had a fun time!

The house was clean and very comfortable. My family (3 kids all18+ and my wife and I) had plenty of space and it was nice to be together in the kitchen, dining area, and family room between beach trips and/or adventures. There were plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels for us to use on our stay and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. There were three covered parking spots which was nice for the cars and all of the beach stuff. It was about a 3.5 block walk to the beach entry, but very manageable. It was also very close to the local grocery store, which came in handy a couple of times for odds and ends. We largely kept the car parked the entire stay and rode our bikes everywhere on the island to avoid having to find a parking spot, which worked out really well. We enjoyed the ice cream at Sugar Shack and the pizza at Huc-a-Poos was worth waiting for. It was a great family vacation.

This man questioned everything I was gonna do like he was my father then after check out charges me 200 dollars because his oven door was broke when we got there horrible tenant do not recommend anyone stay there ever

The house was just perfect for our 6 HS friends' annual get-together. We are the "teenage" senior type, raised by the beach on Long Island. We so enjoyed the beach, the walking distance to many places was great, and our trips into Savannah were wonderful as well. The property itself was spacious, modern, clean and accommodated the 6 of us easily! As a group, we all agreed this was the perfect location (and home selection) to enjoy beach life and historical Savannah in the best way! Homeowner communication was awesome, everything we needed was provided in advance, suggestions for restaurants, etc., were on point. We would go back to this home in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! It was clean, spacious, quiet, filled with everything you need and more! The neighborhood/ neighbors were very nice. If you are looking for a spacious, peaceful location for your Tybee Island vacation.....this js your spot. If we visit the area again this is where we will stay! Great home!

My family and I rented his beautiful home for 5 days and it had everything we needed. The pots/pans/kitchen essentials as well as toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) were fully stocked and very much appreciated. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was amazing. If ever in Tybee again, I would definitely stay here again! Would recommend anyone with young children (I have a 20 month old), may want to bring a baby gate to prevent the kiddos from wanting to climb up/down the stairs. Thank you again!

My family and I are frequent travelers and prefer to rent houses rather than stay in hotels. We’ve rented houses all over the country and the world, and this house is top-notch. It’s immaculately clean, simply and tastefully decorated, and very well stocked with all of the towels, blankets, toilet paper and kitchen supplies you could need. The colorful, clean beach towels hanging on pegs in the hallway we’re a welcoming touch. My husband and I traveled with our three daughters, ages 20, 17 and 15, during New Years week, our first trip to Tybee. The neighbors were friendly and the location is very quiet. We rode bikes all around the island and used the IGA market just a couple of blocks away. Since it was winter and the water was too cold for swimming, we spent one day in Charleston, one in Hilton Head and two days exploring Savannah, besides our days enjoying Tybee. We ate breakfasts in the house, prepared picnic lunches and made a couple of dinners as well. We played games and watched movies in the living room. The only complaint I have is that the small leather sofa isn’t ideal for late-night movie watching. The chairs are great, though! The master suite with its large bathroom, double-nozzle shower and huge closet is downstairs, and two bedrooms are upstairs, each with two queen-size beds in them. A laundry room and a second full bath are also upstairs. The house is elevated to protect from flooding, so the ability to climb a full-size outdoor staircase is a must. There’s parking for four vehicles under the house. I loved how bright and airy the house was. A porch wraps around two sides of the house and we ate breakfasts there, or kept the doors open to let the breezes blow in. If you’re looking for a party scene you’ll be better off staying down by the Tybee pier, but if you want a more quiet, relaxed scene this is a great house. If you’re traveling with small children I’d suggest you bring baby gates to keep them from the outside staircases and possibly the indoor one as well, as it’s all wood. For older kids and adults who can handle stairs, the house is perfect, and it’s so clean it feels brand new. We hope to return in the summertime!

This was our second d stay at this property. It’s in a great location, super communication with the owner. Beds are comfortable and a great set up for a family. The master bath needs a remodel, and the cleaning needs to be stepped up a bit. All the fans are dusty, baseboards, etc. the fans in all the bathrooms and on the stove are all very loud and probably need repair/replacing. Just about everything you need to cook, etc. could have used some more conveniences: tissue, paper towel, body wash or soap in all bathrooms. Overall another great experience in Tybee!

Loved that there was a wagon and cooler that we could borrow to take to the beach, and there were a few "staples" we weren't expecting but that were welcome (hand soap, beach towels, detergent). I contact the property manager a couple of times and she was extremely responsive. 1 Bill Fish Lane earned five stars from this family!

When renting I do expect the house to be what they say - master bath shower was gross so much mildew that I went & bought cleaner to clean still did not use I went upstairs to use shower- rug upstairs had stains bedroom & hallway Best part was the master bed very comfortable Spoke to Kim thought she was abrupt with her comments when I inquired about the master bath shower Tybee island restaurant were dirty so was the town not a place I would visit anytime soon

My friends and I travel together every summer. Usually, we stay in Folly/Charleson, but decided to give Tybee/Savannah a chance. I am so glad we did! This property was the highlight of the trip. It had plenty of space for 8 adults and the pictures don't do it justice. The proximity to the beach was ideal and we also enjoyed being tucked off of the main street. This property was a 10/10 and we would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this house! It was clean, peaceful, and quiet at night. The wagon and chair provided were great for our short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in the house. My kids loved hanging out on the shaded porch!
