Everything - exceptional service and professional staff, stunning views, and a big but cosy room. The turn down service was a nice touch and it was very clean! The icing on the cake was the spa and sauna area which was much bigger than anticipated!

The hotel is extremely nice, the spa and pool are very nice and never crowded. The location is magnificent, close to the cable car, the view os great. The breakfast is varied, a large choice of sweet and savoury. The room was bigger than the standards, hyper equipped, very calm and the bed was very comfortable.

Overall I think the property is overpriced. Moreover, the restaurant (not the fine dining one) has unreasonable high prices, it does not offer an overview of the local cuisine (which is great though), and overall the menu is quote anonimous.

Staff - not friendly especially the front office and bar near the front office. We do not hv good vibes abt the staffs. Felt that they were just rude and not flexible. Housekeeping and room service staffs are very very nice!

1- The control of A/C in the room is adjusted through the central control. two nights I spent there I woke up feeling worm because the A/C settings is changed without knowing. 2- delay in service

It was really an awful experience. I have several warnings about this particular property. We decided it was worth paying over €1500 for two nights because the room on booking.com was so beautiful. The photos of the balcony and the view compelled us to book the one bedroom. The reality is, the photos on booking.com did not match what we were given. We were on the ground floor facing a small backyard with a row of trees, absolutely no view, in a dark room. Another warning, they are constructing two buildings, so the sound and view of construction was very close. Many of the units like ours were literally on the driveway path so you get to hear all of the cars, parking in the street noise. Not the peaceful getaway we were hoping for. The worst part, we arrived at 5 PM, and everyone at the Front desk looked so extremely young, and when we tried to communicate that we would like them to move us to a room that we had booked, there was not an adult or manager on site. Please also note, that the spa and sauna areas closed extremely early, and when we tried to go the next morning, half of them were closed for maintenance or repairs, and would not open until after 2 PM, and the ones that were supposed to be working we’re not hot, so basically out of order. The wellness staff looked almost like teenagers, and we were just so shocked to see a hotel of this caliber with no seasoned staff. Every time we asked a question, whether it was at breakfast or at the spa, the young people looked really scared and said they would have to go and ask someone and come back and we asked very basic questions. The worst part, we really came here to relax, and even the saunas have loud music playing in them. Loud music, with drums, in every single sauna. We only found one that was slightly warm, but we couldn’t stay more than five minutes because of the volume of the music.
