Situé à Sebago Lake, ce charmant cottage pour 161 € par nuit est un génial choix pour votre prochain voyage Venez profiter du nouveau camp de notre famille sur le grand lac Sebago, entièrement rénové en 2015. Le camp est situé à l'extrémité d'une route de camp sans issue et dispose de 250 pieds de façade sur le lac avec deux plages de sable à entrée progressive idéales pour les familles. Le chalet a été rénové à un niveau très élevé avec tous les nouveaux meubles (Pottery Barn / LL Bean), de nouveaux appareils électroménagers (Viking) un porche grillagé avec son Bose avec kayaks et canoë inclus. Le camp est situé sur un seul niveau de 3 chambres (King / Queen et twin sur lits superposés) et 1 salle de bain. Veuillez noter que, comme de nombreuses autres propriétés de la région, l'approvisionnement en eau provient du lac (également la source d'eau de la grande région de Portland. Bien que cela fonctionne bien pour le lavage, le bain, etc., l'eau en bouteille est recommandée pour boire. Venez faire vos propres souvenirs dans cette propriété très spéciale.

Loved being at Camp. Family camp for 70+ years. We were lucky to get to see old friends on Wards Cove. Thank you to the Paulins for taking such care of the Brook Camp.

We had a wonderful stay & really enjoyed the house, property & lake!
A few things I would have loved to read ahead of time:
- There is a grill!
- To get to the king bedroom from inside the house, you have to walk through the queen bedroom. The king bedroom also has its own outside door.
- The yard was great - larger than we thought from the pictures!
- It was deep enough to jump off the dock and our little one really liked the sandy entrance to the water. Bring water shoes if you want to go out more than a foot into the water.
- The inside is cozy/small, but so well thought through and very nicely furnished & maintained. The screened in porch and outside is spacious, and that is where you will spend all your time :) Beds were all very comfortable and lines were nice.
- Storage is limited for clothes and food/pantry. Get yourself organized when you arrive - think less is more when you pack :)
We highly recommend and will likely be back!

The Paulin house was a true "home-away-from-home." Our family hasn't had a real vacation since before the pandemic broke out, and this space invited us to fully relax and get away. This space is clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and homey. The firepit and fireplace, canoes and kayaks, hammock, sleeping spaces, and huge screened-in porch made it so that we didn't really even have to leave the Camp to enjoy ourselves. Even so, there's plenty to enjoy nearby: we could either go for a beautiful nearby hike, or head down to Portland and enjoy the city's sights. A perfect vacation all around.

We enjoy everything about the property the house is set up well has everything that’s needed. My girlfriend and I spend first part of the week alone and then my daughter and her family comes in the grandkids love it.

Just what we needed. So close to the lake and so relaxing. The only reason for 4 stars on the accuracy of the listing was because it is smaller than it looks online. But the cottage was very clean, nice upgrades done, no neighbors were home during the week, and it was just what we needed for rest and relaxation. Would definitely recommend! Jeremy answered our questions as needed throughout the week, without hovering over us, respecting our privacy, which we expect and appreciated. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! 😊

Amazing Family Vacation on the Lake!

Views are simply breathtaking. You get both the sunrise and sunset. If you need to unwind and relax this is it! (Though I imagine the summer months get more crowded, but we had the entire area to ourselves).. it’s so peaceful and quiet! House exceeded expectations. Perfect for my family and children. Lake Sebago is amazing and the week was outstanding. Loved looking at the stars and enjoyed the scenic views of the mountains while relaxing on the porch. Can’t wait to visit again!

Paradise
We found this peaceful, immaculate cabin just what our spirit needed. Unfortunately we had to make a quick emergency exit mid-week when my 95 year old mother took a turn and passed away shortly after our return home. I hope to one day return under better circumstances.

Fall on Sebago Lake
My wife and I just completed a two week stay in this cute house that is situated on a beautiful lot on Sebago Lake. The house was clean and wonderfully furnished. We enjoyed all the property had to offer which included a canoe, two kayaks, a dock and fire ring that looked out onto the lake. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We look forward to a return visit and cannot say enough about this wonderful house!

This home was exactly as described! Perfect home and amazing beach area for the kids with a sandy bottom. The water is crystal clear! The house is the perfect place to relax. Jeremy was a great host and responds quickly. Everything was perfect.

I can't speak highly enough of our stay at this beautiful lake house! We had an amazing and relaxing week and were so impressed with every detail. The owners thought of everything! The view was spectacular and the home felt impeccably clean and cared for. We especially loved the beautiful mix of high-end decor matched with a cozy Maine cabin feel. The only moment of unhappiness was having to leave... Thank you for an amazing stay and we hope to rent again next summer!!
