Poor service. The food isn’t good especially at the snacks. The hotel needs maintenance. Rooms were dirty and the house keeping isn’t doing a good job at cleaning the rooms.

the view is nice. the location is convenient. the Deluxe rooms are decent. the Quality of food is ok.

It is very very poor value for what you pay. The staff are all very tired, they work 16-18 hours a day, they are exhausted and it’s inhumane and it shows. The main restaurant is disgustingly dirty, the chairs are sticky, they clean the table mats only not the actual table or the restaurant in general, you find food in all corners. The restaurant is under staffed to save cost so it’s poorly run. It feels like 150Euro per night hotel although you pay like 250Euro a night for a double room.

The food is very good, the swimming pools

Housekeeping is terrible, cleanliness of the rooms horrible, hard to find someone in the hotel staff that speaks English, the Italian à la carte restaurant

only the free orangejuice and the wifi

Food was nothing special, cleanliness was very under the level, the staff was not service oriented, no sand beach

If they speak English and don’t charge for everything even for checking weight of our bags before we leave the reception charge us 70 Lira for using weighing scale

- the staff including the manager was not helpful at all. some of them were rude. they have attitude - room service is bad, room not clean and we keep calling them if we need some stuff. a big mistake when i decided to book in this hotel

the staff was friendly the activities are varied the room was good size

The view of the resort was beautiful but that was it.

The rooms wore awful paid for the upgrade for the “best room” and half of the ceiling was falling down. Staff wore so unwelcoming and unwilling to help with anything. Did not meet more rider people in our life. Food was disgusting.

The room internet is very weak

the views were good … but everything else was distinctly average

staff were appealing , really simple tasks took forever….. one off the barman was pretty rude about me in Kurdish naturally assumeing I wouldn’t understand .. but my gf is fluent … ensydntially they just don’t care

Room was very bad, air condition doesn’t working, they need 4 days to fix, flood in bathroom, we call staff many times, they look and do nothing. Money was gone, it’s not big money. It’s not about the money, than about tje whole staff. Hotel it’s not 5 stars hotel.
