Everything was great and lovely. The apartment is a bit small, but it had everything that we needed: washing machine, iron, hair dryer and straightener. The little touches of phone chargers, umbrellas, teas and coffee, city guides etc made this place feel like home. The beds are very comfortable, including the sofa bed too. The sheets and towels are so soft and clean. The location is fantastic, 4 minute walk to the nearest metro station, either Centrale or Gioia. There are plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood too and a supermarket. Daniela was reachable by messaging at all times and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
The bedroom door is a bit squeaky and needs to be oiled up a bit, but it’s not a problem.

A acomodação era ótima (confortável), bem decorada, roupa de cama perfeita, tinha utensílios para pequenas refeições. A distância para a estação (milano centrale) era de 500 metros.
Obs: A máquina de lavar roupas não secava direito as roupas, portanto tínhamos que usar a secagem 2 vezes para a roupa ficar totalmente seca. Na geladeira tinha um mimos que a anfitriã deixou para nós.

Great location, great communication, great apartment had everything you could possibly need and more! If we ever return to Milan we would stay here again without hesitation! Lovely personal touches and felt very homely, thank you again for everything

The apartment is perfectly located if travelling by train. Both Garibaldi and Centrale are very quick and easy to reach. It is also extremely quick and easy to reach the centre of Milan on the metro. The district the apartment is in is very nice with lots of lovely restaurants on the doorstep. The location for us was 10/10.
The apartment is absolutely spotlessly clean. It is modern and extremely comfortable and has absolutely everything and more you could need. Our two children were very comfortable on the double sofa bed. We would give the apartment 10/10.
Daniela was an amazing host. She was extremely thoughtful, kind and welcoming even when our arrival time was delayed due to trains. Communication regarding arrival arrangements was excellent. We could not have asked for more.

The location of the apartment was great. 10-13 min walk from MIlano Centrale. Grocery Store - 3/5 mins away. Great Restaurant steps away. Very modern and clean! Our host - Daniela was on hand to give us the keys, she was pleasant and very responsive. Despite the AC issue, I would still stay again.
The cooling system was not working properly. The AC was working but not circulating cool air. It was uncomfortable to sleep at night, we were given a "ventilator", it unfortunately didn't make a difference. There was also an odor from the bathroom that wouldn't just got away.

location perfect near Milan center station and there are many restaurants down the street, the apartment well organized and clean, there are 1 king bed very comfortable and clean and 1 sofa bed in the living room, I think the appartment good for 3 persons max. the host kind and helpful ❤️, there is a file with instructions and list of the most popular streets,restaurant and sightseeing it was really helpful. recommend for sure

An excellent place to stay given its proximity to Central Station, underground and tram (to Grand Canal).

the location is excellent - close to milano centrale and all possible public transport, many great restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. area is safe. one can feel that the host has thought through and able to provide everything that her guests can possibly need throughout their stay. communication and transaction was friendly and seamless. definitely value for money. this apartment is definitely worth coming back to. highly recommended👍

First of all, Daniella is the sweetest. We communicated with her before arriving and she was waiting for us at the apartment. As soon as she opened the door, the smell was incredible and it just smelled clean.
The apartment was spotless, she had one pagers with instructions on several things including how to open the sofa bed, waste segregation and some general info and a book about milan and places to visit. I felt at home and very comfortable especially that there was a fridge (which she was kind enough to put some things in for us), a washing machine and a nespresso machine.
The location is convenient, a 7 min walk from the train station and supermarkets nearby.
If we werw to go to milan again i would definitely stay here rather than in a hotel.
The only thing i would say is it felt a little hot because there is only 1 ac in the apartment and whoever sleeps on the sofa bed will feel hot at night.

it was convenient to train station, clean and comfortable.
not enough towels, if your staying for more than 3 days be prepared to wash. washing machine took 3 hours. AC wasn’t sufficient to cool both rooms so it was hot at bedtime.

The location is super!! Very easy to go everywhere.
The place is very clean and the host is very easy to communicate with.
There is a supermarket nearby and great cafe too.
We recommend this place and will come back here if we are back in Milan.

Daniella could not have been more helpful, pleasant, or accommodating. She was easy to communicate with and she went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Her apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully appointed, and has all the comforts of home. There is a coffee maker, a washer/dryer, a large comfy bed, and even goodies in the fridge.
We felt as relaxed and at ease as if we were back in our own home. Plus the location was great ... just a short walk to the train/metro station.
We found nothing to dislike.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Milano Central station, which has a pharmacy that does COVID-19 testing required to get back to the U.S.A, and the Metro stop to get anywhere in the city. At first glance it seemed we were staying in a business district, however, walking down Via G. Fara there is a neighborhood feel. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to visit a new one for two weeks! Also found several supermarkets that were walking distance. The apartment is modern and quiet. Daniela was an excellent host who helped us find the information needed to get the required COVID-19 test. Thank you Daniela!

This is a great modern apartment....and it was completely clean. My wife and I stayed 11 days. Its much better than staying in a hotel in the city. There is a large balcony facing an interior area. The kitchen is fully equipped and we enjoyed lite cooking often (but also ate out often as well at the plentiful nearby places. The apartment building is safe and secure. Our host meet us in person at 9pm and made us feel comfortable and informed about the apartment. In all respects, its a great place to day near the Milano Centrale station.

Everything in this apartment were perfect! It had everything in it, literally all what you need! Its like your second home! I will definitely come back there! Daniela was super cool, even when my flight got delayed, and i arrived at midnight. Amazing!
