This property was sensational! Views, location, cleanliness and just such a lovely place - the balcony was amazing!
Summer temperatures of +30C made the apartment extremely warm. Two fans were provided, but they were so small to give any relief. Bigger fans are definitely needed.

Great location, comfortable apartment and a really friendly host.
Nothing really! Could have had some more basic amenities in the kitchen.

We loved the location and the hosts were very friendly.
The closest parking lot is a 10-15 minute walk away. We would have enjoyed sitting out on the terrace had there been furniture as pictured in the description.

The location in San Terenzo is perfect with everything in walking distance!
The street is very noisy at night but that is the feel of Italy and I didn't mind it.

Wonderful apartment with everything you could need and a lovely host to boot. I would strongly recommend a stay! Super close to the beach and all important Shops/bars/restaurants

Great location directly in the Centre of the Village (pedestrian zone) and 1 min from the Beach and stores, nice view from the balcony.
A bit fresh in the night in autum.
A sunbed for the balcony in summer would be brillant. If you are with a car, parking could be an issue in summer.

My partner and I had a great time in San Terenzo/Lerici. The apartment is lovely and spacious, we enjoyed the balcony with sea view and the proximity to San Terenzo beach. Just keep in mind that the apartment is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the last flight of stairs is quite steep.
