Friendly staff, we could store our luggage for a few hours, very close to the bus terminal.
The street noise starts at 5 am and you can hear everything in the room. There is a long wait for breakfast in the dining room.

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is good, the room was a good size and very clean.
It is great that it is located so close to the bus terminal, but that does mean there is a lot of noise audible from outside, which can wake you up early and stop you from sleeping.

The location is good,near to the Terminal,water for shower is good,they also provide delicious breakfast,I liked the jugo de papaya.

This was just what I wanted - directly across the street from terminal terrestre, Otavalo. the room was clean and everything was working. I walked to the Plaza de Ponchos, and the mercado, and a restaurant (Pizzaria la Alpujarra, which has an amazing sourdough bread) without problems.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice beds and big window.
Located right next to the bus station it is quite noisy also at night. Corridors are dark and uninviting with blinking lamps.
We chose this hostel because it has a kitchen, but the kitchen facilities are very disappointing. No knives and forks are available, only spoons. When we asked for more cutlery we were informed that it is the policy of the hostel only to provide spoons for the guests! The kitchen is also rather dark and small, there is only space for one group to cook or eat at a time, which was problematic since it is a big hostel.
