Cette maison conserve son charme d'origine après de nombreuses mises à jour modernisées. Il dispose de 3 chambres et de 1 et 1/2 salles de bains, d'un salon confortable avec une grande télévision intelligente et d'une salle à manger séparée pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de la vaisselle, des casseroles et des casseroles et dispose d'une cuisinière à gaz, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons. Il y a une buanderie séparée avec laveuse, sécheuse, planche à repasser et rangement.

We loved the house! Quirky, comfortable and well appointed. What more could you ask for? Did I mention it was less than two blocks to the beach? Comfortable and felt like home right away! Can’t wait to come back…

We had a great time in this home. Everything was incredibly clean! Sandy was easy to communicate with. When we arived, she had everything set up for us, and even had a pack-n-play set up for our toddler to sleep in. We loved the location as well, close walk to the beach, and about 1/2 mile walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. We will definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers. We were seeking waves for the week and had 3 great days (out of 6) for surfing. The best spot was closer to the pier so took the boards down there. But, it was only a block to the beach entrance from the house. Also did a manatee tour through Cocoa Beach Kayaking (they nudged our kayak and even saw them mating). The home had everything we needed in the kitchen as we ate most meals at the house and also used the grill. Loved the beach cottage feel of the inside decor and sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. Thank you!

Well appointed house with great layout for family. Everything you need for the beach is right there as well. Was worried about noise as it is off a busier street, but it was very quiet and secluded. Close to everything yet private; would highly recommend.

I booked this VRBO to be close to my daughter and her husband in Merritt Island, as she was due with her first baby (my first grandchild) in December. We walked in to find a nicely decorated Christmas tree and multi-colored lights strung on the porch. The house was very cozy yet spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood, though right off a major roadway, was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked and I was able to host Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners for a small gathering of six people, including my precious granddaughter. We enjoyed the front porch very much and did take the bikes out for a ride one time. Since we had a cold snap while there (including some brief hail), we didn't get to enjoy the side/back yard but that looked very inviting. I would definitely return to this VRBO in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We took advantage of the provided beach chairs.
There are plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood. Our favorite was Papa Vito’s which is just around the corner. All kitchen supplies were provided to eat at the house as well.
One day it rained so we stayed inside and put together a puzzle that was provided.
Our family enjoyed the dinosaur museum a few miles away. We also spent a day at Universal.

Me and my 3 friends enjoyed our stay here in Cocoa beach. For 4 college guys it was a great vacation. We could relax, hang out with the boys, h,ang out in the water, and reset before another school year. I highly recommend this wonderful home which offered more than enough amenities for our week long stay. This is a great spot for friends or for a family with plenty of places to sleep, plenty of space, and plenty of entertainment. I hope more people choose to stay in this wonderful home!!

The beach house was absolutely amazing! It was very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need, and in a perfect location to beach and anything else you might want to do. Property manager was available for questions and checked in several times to make sure our stay was good. Would be my first choice 10/10 times.

We had an amazing stay here with our family! The owners were super helpful always willing to answer questions and very welcoming. This home is cozy and charming.The house has a lot of extras that other homes do not supply. Sandy is easy to reach and a gracious hostess. It is a short walk to the beach and close to many area attractions in the area, such as the Cocoa Beach pier and the Kennedy Space Center. We would stay there again!

Great location - steps to the beach and a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. The amenities were perfect. The outdoor space was great to gather when not at the beach - the yard is large and private. The description of the property and the area were spot on. The pictures on the web site of the home are exactually as shown. The home is very well equipped with anything you would need. The home is located in a nice area, close enough to stores and restaurants and easy to walk to the beach. The owners were very nice and easy to reach if we had a problem, which we didn't. We were able to enjoy family that visited and we made some very special memories. I fell in love with the uniqueness and charm of this property. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sandy for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.
