very spacious. great communication
unfortunately through a misunderstanding, the room had not been cleaned between clients. Although a phonecall quickly rectified within 30mins and £20 given for coffee while we waited

The location was very good.
When we made the booking we thougt we should get an apartment with a balcony (on the photo's), but we found out when we were in Munster, that they have two rental apartments (4th floor with balcony, 2nd floor without balony). That was not clear in the booking confirmation e-mail.

Accommodation was exactly as advertised, it was warm (important given Storm Eunice), spotlessly clean, and close to the city centre. Check in was very easy and information shared was good.
Nothing. The underground car park is good, but the entrance/exit ramp a little 'tight' I would recommend for smaller cars. We had an Opel Insignia and really needed to fold the door mirrors in to make it manageable.

Very comfy and quiet, close to city centre, shops, sights, restaurants. Underground parking an added bonus. Lovely terrace for sunbathing/chilling
