Good sized house for a family. Nice and close to town centre and short drive to the beach

The property was comfortable and adequate for our needs. It was also close to all amenities Ocean Grove had to offer. Living areas were well appointed. Even though we didn't stay long enough on this trip the fact that there was a laundry was pleasing.
The bed we slept in was not comfortable but this is just a personal preference. We are sure that there would be others that would find it comfortable. The shower was a little tight but once again this is a personal observation.

Lovely house, good layout, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was quick to respond to assist us with a minor TV operational question.
A short trot to town, the beach and Blue Lake.

Seagrape Cottage was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. We were given excellent information about the property, by the owner. Checkin was easy and convenient. We really felt at home in the house.
There is very little to dislike here.

The location was very convenient- walking distance to the shops and the beach.
Just to let you know the house needs a new can opener, and some more mugs. Beds comfortable except for the single not great for an adult.

Spacious, great for kids. Only a few mins walk from shops, cafes, beach, playground. Beds all very comfy. Kids room had plenty of toys.
Good value. Would happily come back to use as a base for beach holiday.
It's definitely an older house which is reflected in the price. Note there's only one bathroom and shower which was fine for us (2 adults and 2 small kids) but may be a challenge if you had a bigger group as it sleeps up to 6)
Note that it is next to a very busy road so need to be extra careful with toddlers when getting into the car.
Some of the pots and pans could do with a refresh.
Walk in wardrobe could do with some shelves in addition to the rail.

The location is great, minutes from the beach and main street. Great property for a family and our dogs. The owner was helpful, and the property was as listed, we loved our stay and will be back.

my friends arrived first so I'm not sure what was on offer for breakfast. But I was happy they had coffee available. Plenty of pantry staples as well.
Beds were comfortable, and linen was soft.
It had everything you would need.
Great location and only a short walk into town/the beach.
A few more towels would've been nice, one for our bodies and our hair after showering.
A keyring for the spare key would also be handy.
But all in all, nothing really that we didnt like. Loved our stay.
