The breakfast was great. Our booking included breakfast and although we could only choose from the main menu, the options were still good. The monster breakfast was the favourite option while the other two options catered for vegetarians. The rooms are amazing and quite spacious. Upon request, the staff does clean your room. As hot and humid as Bali is, the aircon in the room was magical.
The facilities are great, the pool and bar area are well kept and the staff is friendly. The property is about 300m from the beach and the walk is good to stretch your legs and get some air. You can walk even around midnight and its still safe. There is a bar along the main street leading to the property and you can't hear any noise when your in the property from the bar. Its quiet and serene. They have a nice menu, if you want lunch and dinner too. We just never tried it because we were always out.
Our bar fridge wasn't working properly. The staff had mentioned that they would try get the technician to assess the issue but nobody came.
If there's a large group, it may get a little noisy outside but you can escape to the quietness of your room.

Helpful staff, lovely village feel of the complex with the huts designed in traditional Bali style.
Avoid staying in the bungalow right by the pool as the pool bar stays open til 10pm and it can get noisy.

grote kamer, heerlijk bed. en super warme douche heerlijk!! heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.
er staat aan het strand maar dat is het niet. als je door de steeg loopt kom je aan het strand erg vieze plek met zwart zand.
De airco lekte veel water, het slot van de deur was stuk, moest lang wachten op reparatie, veel kleine beestjes op kamer soort piepkleine mieren.
jammer dat ik voor het water bij het ontbijt moest betalen.

Het personeel was vrolijk en super attent! Mooie ambiance, lekker eten en mooie ruimte kamers. Leuke mensen hier ontmoet, dat heeft het voor ons heel fijn gemaakt hier.
Het zwembad en de tegels/het hout eromheen is echt hard nodig aan vervangen/verbetering. Ook de bedjes zelf zitten vol schimmel en tafels zijn vies. Eten wordt niet uit zichzelf weggehaald. Lawaaierig in de avonden als je een vroege slaper bent/kids hebt. Kinderbedje/extra matra uit proportie qua prijs (wordt naberekend).

It is well presented, nice pool
It was unhygenic, my toilet broke, my daughters shower broke - both these things took 24 hours to fix. The water was just a trickle in the shower, it didnt flow properly. We all got Bali belly. There was a cat in th dining room which jumped up onto th tabel and took your food. When I complained to the waitress about it she just smiled.

The Restaurant has a good menu with good prices and atmosphere. We ate there a lot. A special mention to Ketut who was very friendly, helpful and professional.
They had ongoing problems with the fish!

I liked how everything was close by, as in our room the pool and the lobby/restaurant. It was clean comfortable super affordable and super cute.

Came into the country late, they were able to greet us as soon as our taxi doors opened. Quick check-in from a long travel time from the US. Large room with cold a/c and hot showers.
Faster checkout process needed. Had to wait for someone to check our room before we could checkout and get into our Grab. 30 minutes had passed before someone told me we were good to go and could leave the property to move on to our next destination.

Spacious Bungalow with a comfortable bed.
Was tucked away from the main road.
Established tropical gardens.
We were shown to the wrong Bungalow and had to shift to the worst Bungalow (201) on the property after unpacking.
Bungalow 201 has a pleasant pool view but is right next to the restaurant and kitchen. Kitchen staff arrive very early in the morning which is understandable but they are not quiet and they hang around outside the kitchen door smoking and talking during the day.
There is a lane way directly behind Bungalows 201 and 202 which leads to another property and scooters drive past very early in the morning.
Earplugs had to be worn every night.
The pool water temperature was warm and not refreshing and many tiles have come off the floor. The swim up bar was not normally attended by bar staff even during happy hour!

The room condition was the most disappointing part of staying at Kashantee.
The first thing I noticed was a toilet. The toilet flush didn’t work properly. Sometimes we couldn’t flush at all.
The shower also worked weirdly. It was either cold or hot, but never just warm.
The towels were always dirty. Within 4 days of staying at Kashantee, we have never had towels without some dirt marks or yellowish and brownish spots.
The pool was dirty as well, there were always leaves and sticks from the trees, nevertheless, there were not a lot of people, which made it better.
In general, I would say that the hotel lacks good cleaning service and wouldn’t recommend

The property possessed captivating beauty. The staff members were exceptionally amiable, and the restaurant's meals were a delightful culinary experience. The pool and its accompanying swim-up bar provided immense enjoyment. The entire establishment exuded aesthetic charm, and the check-in process was effortlessly smooth.
The toilet and shower facilities would benefit from some improvements. The toilet flush can be a bit challenging at times, and the shower area could benefit from a thorough cleaning, perhaps even with a scrub or bleach treatment. The water pressure in the shower was notably weak, and the consistency of hot water throughout the shower was lacking. In general, a higher level of cleanliness would have made the stay much more enjoyable. Regarding the location, it's ideal for beach enthusiasts. However, there's consistently heavy traffic on the roads leading to the popular shopping area known as Potato Head/Cafe Delmar/Seminyak Square. Exiting this area can be complicated, so if you choose to stay here and explore the rest of the island, anticipate significantly longer travel times.

Beautiful comfortable bungalow accommodation, rustic Balinese style, great pool, lovely attentive staff. Fantastic location 5 mins walk to the beach. My kids loved the pet cat Mimi, the turtle and koi carp!
Slightly noisy from surrounding bars on the first night but didn’t notice it again after that

There is no working wifi in the hotel. I tried the lobby, restaurant and the room but did not work. It stated it has wifi but it’s not good enough to even find a taxi. Breakfast that was included only included the absolute basics for drinks.

Staff were wonderful! Food good, lots of fresh healthy options available particularly smoothies, smoothie bowls and salads. Location great easy accessible to local shops, supermarket and beach walk. Really clean well maintained rooms and great pool.

Good location, breakfast included which was great! Staff super attentive and cleaned our room every morning and would leave a little dessert on our bed every night. Pool facilities were great. Set up was super cute!

We were told there’s a festival next to our room after we had checked-in and paid. The internet did not work. The television did not work. The place was dirty.
