The location was great I stayed for a cheer competition the place was across the street and your in walking distance to a lot of places and everyone was so nice, the place was clean. I had no problems staying there.

Parking there isn't enough parking for everyone of your guests that really needs to be worked on. Need bigger towels lol

I thought breakfast could’ve been a little bit better. And the parking situation was a little unclear. It was hard to know how to get to the parking closest to the hotel. The main parking lot was not someplace I wanted to park.

The hotel is updated. Everything seemed new. The TV was bigger than the hotels I usually stay in. They had dispensers by the sink and in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, etc. The breakfast had many options that included sausage and omelets. They had black-out shades which kept the light out. The room was good-sized. There was a fridge and microwave. They had a Keurig for coffee in the room. It was not loud. It was walking distance to where we needed to go in downtown Springfield. The staff was friendly. The mattress was not the best I have slept on, but it was comfortable and I slept well.

the hotel checked in a drunken couple at 3 am after his girlfriend d had been out in the car laying on the horn waiting for him to get checked in. Then after this they checked them into the room beside us and myself and my 8 year old daughter had to listen to from 3:30-4 to 6. and the whole 2nd floor we were on smelled of marijuana. BAD.
