Location is right in town.

Property wasn’t modern and is outdated. Pictures don’t reflect the unit I stayed in. The hot tub on the top floor is tiny. Washroom is so small it’s difficult to shower. The handheld tap is about 3 feet from the ground. The patio doesn’t have a direct sunset view as described. Was quite disappointed for the amount we paid. The hotel arranged our transfers and it was double the cost it should have been. The view on the patio was blocked by the building on the right side.

I loved that the host met us and graciously carried our luggage. Very warm welcome!

Smelly bathrooms

A very satisfying experience. The location of the hotel is very good, the private pool in our room is the best viewing point to watch the sunset. You can soak in the pool and watch the sunset. When checking in, the staff will help carry the suitcase to the room. The staff also helped us contact the sea trip. It was a great experience and we are very satisfied. If we go to Santorini again, we will choose this accommodation again.

shower was inadequate; no way to position/attach shower head attachment, shower did not drain well; outside chair back broke and was not fixed despite letting owner know, outdoor cushions were old/faded and in need of replacement

Julian, Julian, Julian! He was amazing! So helpful. I was not happy with the cramped space but his personality won me over and made a huge difference. Protect this man at all costs! MVP Julian!

$2400 is way too much for the space. Although that view was amazing

The location is perfect in Oia. Close to many things without having to take too many steps. The view is stunning and the jacuzzi is semi-private. The room is very comfortable. Juljano our host took excellent care of us, arranged everything and made sure we got everything we needed. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time.

When I entered into the property, three things stood out. 1)I was blown away with the view. I can sit at the balcony and stare at the view for hours. Great place to read a book or do yoga or meditate. They do have some books at the property if you forgot to bring one. 2) the interior decor was lovely and charming. Reminded me of the Mamma Mia movie! 3) the host was super friendly and helpful. Juliano helped to carry our bags, which was quite a distance from the parking lot. He was like Jack-of-all- trades, hooked us up with transfers, tours and even recommended some amazing restaurants all over Santorini! The property is fairly close to restaurants and shops. At sunset, you will find lots of people above you watching the sunset, but you have the privacy of your balcony to do the same, sans the crowd. If you like a cozy and charming property with a strategic location, this is the perfect place.

We liked absolutely everything! I was searching for the property in Oia for a long time and couldn't decide where to stay. Omg, this was the best decision. The place is in the middle of other villas in Oia. Comparing with other places, you pay reasonable price. People were gathering around it to view sunsets (which were spectacular!), but you still felt private. We felt privileged to be on our terrace and watch it from there! The hottub was working (we had Theano room). The room was serviced every day. Bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was good. The kitchen was equipped well. We had some complimentary food in the fridge. There was an iron and hairdryer. Opening the door to this view in the morning is a dream. Juliano (who looked after the property) was very helpful and was available whenever you needed him. Internet was fine. The sun is all day. We highly recommend this place! We stayed there 4 nights during Easter 2023.

Absolutely stunning location. I looked for quite some time at the locations of the hotels around the castle so that I could watch the sunset from my room and not have to deal with crowds. They put me in the first room once you get to the property and when I tell you the view was AMAZING, I'm not exaggerating!! I checked into a couple other hotels after this one but immediately wanted to return. Gorgeous view of the sunset from the hot tub (which was actually quite warm in late March/early April when I went), beautiful facilities inside, spacious enough for me and my friend who later joined me, and so reasonably priced. And the staff here is absolutely amazing, Juliano helped us with a ton of small details and made sure my birthday felt special and I wouldn't have to lift a finger. Cannot say enough great things about this property, definitely made my trip worth it. Book it before it sells out

Breakfast but we went to a nearby restaurant so all was well. I do like that they bring you your breakfast straight to your room each morning, I just have picky tastebuds lol

Absolutely gorgeous, and you cannot get a better location. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. Private entrance, private hot tubs, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Location was perfect for access to everything and for exquisite views. Host was friendly and helpful at all times. Villa gorgeous, full of charm and character. Terrace and jacuzzi both glorious, sun all day.

Kitchen very basic, not suitable for cooking proper meals, but clean and ample for cold snacks.

The location is excellent, with the wonderful view of the sea especially for sun set.

The second bedroom is very small

The staff were nice. Jack was absolutely helpful guy. the place was great (the place and the cleanliness).

There was only one entrance for my property and the neighbors.

very minor things. host was helpful, but driver he organised to transfer to airport was late, so that was stressful.

everything about Nano is exceptional! the staff are so kind and welcoming, the view is like no other and it’s truly a once in a lifetime experience.
