We enjoyed this rental. It was spacious enough for our needs. It was very cool and comfortable with a short walk to the beach on a paved trail. The owner was gracious and responded to questions quickly. Not a complaint, but to make her aware, the carpet and carport could use a little refreshing. The carpet is very nice but needs a deep clean and the carport just needs old broken beach supplies sorted and disposed. Overall it was great and we would stay again.

Pros:The location is nice on a dead end culdesac. The layout is nice and the rooms were perfect for two couples. The various games and entertainment were a nice touch for our son. Cons: The water filter in the fridge was overdue to be changed and the fridge smelled a little weird. The floors were fairly dirty.

Renting this property was so easy. Everything you need is right there. The walk to the beach was so easy. The convenience of having a pool was a plus. It has everything you need to stay in and cook or many options to go out and eat. You can be in gulf shores in no time and the Tanger Outlet mall is a short drive. Alex was so awesome. He answered any questions I had quickly. This will be my family’s go to place for vacation. Thank you Alex for everything.

My wife and I along with our 5 kids stayed the week. We had a wonderful time. The beach wasn't crowded. It was a short walk with the only negative being we had to cross the highway. Typically we didn't have to wait long. The pool was great. I was able to grill on the deck while my kids swam. The condo itself was great for our family. My older girls stayed in the loft and the younger ones used the bunkbeds. We had a great week, Also, our host was very quick to respond to questions and check-in was easy!

This condo had plenty of space for our family of 6. The main area was well maintained. This included a kitchen, that had everything you could need and was really clean. A living room area and a bathroom area well maintained. I would say the upstairs needs quite a bit of TLC both in cleaning, upgrades, and maintenance. Closet doors were broke, carpet stained, and a hole in one wall. The laundry room doors were also broken. I will also say that there are items in the garage like it says on website, however majority of it is broken. Based off reviews I thought there would be a wagon to transport items to the beach but there wasn't a wagon available. These are not deal breakers as we've been to the beach the last three years so we prepared ourselves for the things we would need. The last thing that needs a massive update would be TV's. They advertise 3 TV's and only one of the 3 worked. Two of the 3 are more the size of a computer monitor, not what most would think of as a TV. The private pool was definitely a perk as in 4 total days we not once shared it with another guest. The garage space is also a perk. Our large SUV fit with SO much room around to spare. This kept our vehicle nice and cool to come and go from the condo. We didn't grill or use the patio areas much but I saw other guests using them and they also are a nice perk of this place. All the things are comparisons to our only other experiences around there in a condo in Orange Beach the two previous years. None of the negatives would keep me from staying there again but I wanted to give a transparent and honest review. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes or less. It was a very quiet area at night. Hope that helps anyone thinking of renting for a stay at Perdido Key.

We had the best time ever, so many amazing memories were made! The walk to the beach was so quick (5 minutes or less) and the private access is the best thing ever! The pool was perfect for the kids and all the furniture and beds were comfortable! The 2 car garage is so handy, we left all of our beach stuff in the garage and it was ready to go whenever we were! Alex was a perfect host and always kind and attentive. We will be rebooking for next summer for sure and maybe this fall also. This is our new favorite place on earth!!

What a great location! Easy beach access, quiet complex, wonderful pool! Fit all our needs and was a nice place to stay for a vacation with some friends! Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the busier side of perdido and a short drive to orange beach/gulf shores. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay, we have stayed in many different rental properties from fort Morgan, to gulf shores and Navarre, this was our favorite. Loved how big it was, gated outdoor pool and beach access was a short walk across the beach. I loved how quiet it was and that there was a big living area. We cooked all of our meals here so that was nice. Also the fact that there was extra lock on the door leading to the balcony in the room with the bunk beds was nice ( I have a 2 year old ). Can’t wait to stay again!

This was our second year to stay here. We love the location! We desire a place that is less busy than most. Access to the beach can be a little busy crossing the highway sometimes, but not an issue with patience. The payoff is a beautiful beach with very few people. Nice to be close to Johnson Beach, also. We were there during a few days of storms in the Gulf that made for unpredictable daily weather, rip tides and lots of washed up seaweed, but still had a great time. Beach walks, games and sitting on the deck at night watching the lightening and listening to frogs were highlights for the house. We brought friends this year. I wouldn't say the house is set up for for two adult couples necessarily. The second bedroom is a double bunk on the bottom and we made it work for the four nights though. The actually living space is fine for four adults though. Large kitchen and living area. New couches and great table for games this year. The condo is very clean, but could use a little tlc as far as minor repairs and updates. Also, bring paper products as we only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen, as well as just two dishwasher pods. The pool is new and very nice. Little chilly, as we didn't have great weather, but a bonus to have for the four condos to use in the warmer months. We especially love the double car garage to store kayaks and bikes, when we weren't using them. Not having a garage door opener or a keypad became a little aggravating, especially when I had to run in the rain around to the back to open it a few times. Alex is very prompt in communication and wonderful to work with. There are a few things that could be improved upon overall, but the location for the cost is a win for us! I'm sure we'll be back!

We booked relatively short-notice but everything worked out great. Some sheets and things weren't put away from the last guests, so maybe a talk with the cleaning crew is warranted, but everything else was great! Thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a few issues and our property manager promptly took care of us. Beautiful beaches, couldn't ask for better. It is a short walk to the beach. Wagon and toys are a plus. Pool is unheated but was warm enough for an early April swim. We had a lovely stay.

We live north of Panama City Beach and wanted a beach trip without the tourist chaos. We also have a family member in school at the Naval station we wanted to visit with. This property was a perfect pick. This property is approximately 25 mins from the Naval station. The beach is a short walk, not built up, and not crowded. The kids loved the pool, and nearby basketball/tennis courts. We enjoyed shopping and eating out at the surrounding cities. The house it self was plenty big so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Everything you need to cook with is available. Beach toys, basketball, tennis rackets, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon was all available for use. My bunch enjoyed and we would definitely stay again!
