The location was the best! The apartment was beautiful - it felt very new! We only had to go one flight up the stairs so it was really easy to get to. The place had a lot of washrooms which for a big family was extremely convenient! I love, love, loved the location, so close to so many attractions and cafes! My family fell in love! The host also was very prompt in responding to our questions about anything we really appreciated that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and all the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is well situated for seeing the sites in Paris - it is very central with good metro links.
The apartment has an unusual layout, but it didn't cause a problem.

The host was there to greet us when we arrived and explained everything very clearly to us. The location is also perfect. We can’t wait to go back and stay again. We stayed with two young children and they absolutely loved being “real Parisians” for a week.

Brilliant location. Better size than most Paris places - ideal for adult (bedroom) and older child (sofa bed). Just nicely equipped. Good shower too. Perfect base for sightseeing within 5 minutes of Opera, 15 on Louvre, half an hour (uphill) to Sacre Couer. Some reasonable cafes and restaurants nearby.
It did get a little warm - provided air con appreciated but too noisy to leave on while sleeping. Loo tiny - fine for us but if you’re taller/larger May not be ideal.

Sits above a Chinese kitchen restaurant and heat rises. There is no air conditioning in apartment. Insufficient supplies for staying 1 week e.g. towels, toilet paper etc.

it was very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient kitchen appliances. The location was just perfect. The apartment itself was very nice. And also a great communication with the owner.
Rubbish bin collection in the early morning was a bit noisy but we were not too sensitive with the noise with our sleep but if someone is sensitive with noise while sleeping, it could be a bit of an issue, I think.

Great apartment!!!! I went with my family (2 adults and 2 kids), the location of the apartment was incredible (walking distance from almost all monuments), there were plenty of restaurants and shops, the beds very confortable, it was very clean and tidy. The decoration was very beautiful, everything was new and working fine.
We arrived very late (00:00), and Paul was waiting for us, opened the apartment and explained us everything.
I would recommend this apartment to everyone . Thanks for everything
Something to improve: Last day we needed to leave the luggage in the apartment, we asked them and they gave us three options (it wasnt possible to leave it in the apartment due more people were arriving, we understood that). We used one of the options (we left the luggage in a shop 10 minutes walking), but maybe these solutions can be improved and find a place in the building. Anyway this was not an issue, just something to improve as i said. Thanks again

The location, cleanness and quietness were outstanding.
You have 45 sqm room with sort of semi-industrial furniture, divided by a metalic screen, with a badly designed kitchenette. Most faucets and paper support were loose. You have to balance all these factors for a 160 Euro per night.
