Exceptionally clean, great location near the interstate, check in was a breeze, our special request was granted.
The noise from other guests - I could hear whole conversations. There should have been better sound proofing.

Holiday Inn Express was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Really liked the bathroom, the pool, the bed -- very comfortable. Enjoyable stay.

Young man at check in asked for my ID. Fine. Then he asked for my bank card which in some cases is normal; however, I was charged again when I had already prepaid 2 months prior. Now my account is messed up for 5-10 business days. I spoke with the general manager at this location the next morning who assured me this would be corrected. I was told the young man on the previous night was new/just started and should have known. Frustrated to say the least. 😒

Loved the fact they called the day arrival
We stayed here in 2022 and thought it was very nice so booked again for 2023. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and e could make it and they denied our cancellation for reimbursement. Very disappointed.

the cleanliness the breakfast definatly the salt water pool and kind staff
we left out 1 night early and was supposed be refunded 359 dollars and they never refunded me:(

The property was easy to get to from the expressway, good distance from restaurants.
They’re going through extensive remodeling work, and I would have preferred to be warned before I got there. The room I got was clean, but it had no baseboards and the bathroom needed some finishing work. Again a heads up would’ve been nice.

The location was between a few of the cities we needed to visit. Great for business travel or when you need someplace nice to stay when traveling.
Would not consider the location to be for leisure.
