great location, close to the airport but not disturbed by noise and 5 minute drive to Cavtat harbour, shop and restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance Beautiful villa, modern,clean and spacious tastefully decorated. Fabulous sea view - pictures don't do it justice hosts were friendly and non intrusive. would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near Dubrovnik

Perfectly tucked away on the hillside overlooking Cavtat, this nearly new villa was exactly what our family of 5 needed for a relaxing holiday. The villa is spacious, well laid out, clean, tastefully decorated and has a fabulous pool and outside area with comfy sunloungers. There is also plenty of space for parking, a covered outside eating area, two cute little balconies, a huge laundry room and even a vegetable patch (which we were told we could pick from) and a piano! The owner left us a bottle of wine and other treats as well as an ice maker fully stocked. We enjoyed not being near any other villas yet just a 5 minute drive into Cavtat. And only 6 minutes from the airport too. You definitely need a car. I thoroughly recommend this place.

Showers are hot but not very powerful.

The owner welcomed us with a few fresh complimentary items in the fridge. The villa is brand new. We were the third people to rent it. It is very well equiped. All facilities are of good quality: airco, bedding, kitchen appliances, etc. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Pool is big.

Need a car to go to Cavtat. A bbq would be nice.

This place is fantastic. A new, modern house, placed almost totally alone in the hillside above Cavtat. We brought our three children, and they loved it: The house, the bedrooms, the pool an the pool-area. The owner cleaned the pool almost every day, so it was always a pleasure to take a swim. Everything was very clean, and the house is fully equipped with things you need to live a "normal life" while beeing on vacation. We could play music and have fun at the pool all day, enjoying the sun and the view over the ocean. In the kitchen we made lunch and dinner. Every bedroom has it`s own bathroom and air condition. The hosts are amazing and very service minded. We truly recommend this house if you want to stay some distance outside the crowded Dubrovnik, and nearby the charming city of Cavtat.

There are no good grocery stores in this area.
