Great location! Basic accommodation. BYO everything. Looking tired.
When we arrived, other people were staying at our property. They were supposed to be in the flat downstairs. Cathy at the real estate was very quick getting onto the tenant, and arranging a cleaner to arrive within 30 minutes to clean the flat. She did well in adverse circumstances. However, it was 6.30pm before we were on our own to settle in. A refund of some sort would have been appreciated. And we are unsure of how the tenants were able to get into the top flat without the code to the lockbox.
We have come back here year after year, however, the property is starting to look very worn with paint peeling and varying amounts of 'basics', eg. only a few sheets of toilet paper, no salt/ pepper/ oil. Some foil, but no cling wrap/ baking paper. Thank you for cutting down the golden palms in the back corner - there is definitely more view to see with them out of the way. I don't know if the neighbour would be willing to cut the height of their palms as well - they are not really visible from their property, and are in direct line of site of the beach view from Apollo. Lastly, we couldn't find out where to book online this year, except via a third party. Booking.com increased the price from about $600 to $800 for their fees. I would have liked to book direct with the agent. We will not use booking.com again.

Bad start but a good week
Location. Roominess; kitchen (quite new; well-set up, lots of appliances,crockery, cutlery.)No stairs ! Lovely hot shower.Airy property & quiet.Generally a comfortable unit.
Late entry (3pm). Early exit (9 am), TV not working first 2 nights. Property was very dusty with lots of dirty marks when we arrived. To their credit agents remedied these faults as soon as we notified them.
