They have no break fast , location is fine

All the rooms need renovation , in addition the smell of toilets are bad

Good privacy and location, modern design and well decorated

Separate Pattio was available for each rooms but need to go outside the room to access, should be joined within room for improved privacy

Location was close to city but outside it

The rooms were very old. Cleanliness was below expectations. Kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils. Fumigation was badly needed

The area is quiet, tranquil and location is easy to find. It is also accessible to where we are heading to that is Al Tonamah castle. We love this Family Villa.

Nothing i didnt like about this hotel..

Excellent property on hill side. Beautiful array of villas. No parking problem. All the basic items like toiletries, slippers, towels are provided. Nice big rooms. I booked one room villa but they gave me two room villa. Furniture is excellent in the villa. Kitchen has burners, microwave n few utensils. Washing machine was a great relief. They also provide Iron and Iron Stand which was great to see. Property Manager Mr. Musab is a very nice man. Children play area is also there. Night time it becomes very cold so make sure to take warm clothes with you and take BBQ items with you for a nice time at night. Every villa has rose plans and few other flower plants which was very beautiful. A small fountain is also inside the property. All tourist points are near by like Al Merger Tourist village, Jebel Mareer, Parks etc. Overall, I'm gonna stay here again.

Only issue I found was wifi. It wasn't working properly. I'm sure they'll fix it.
