Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir dans une maison mitoyenne de 48m2, très lumineuse, en duplex, tout confort, avec son jardin privatif. Vous bénéficierez de la qualité de vie des bords de Marne en étant proche de Paris.
Au rez de chaussée le salon avec un canapé convertible 2 personnes (140cm x 200cm) donne sur le petit jardin privatif où vous trouverez un barbecue à disposition. Une véranda avec penderie rangements, coin repas, un deuxième canapé convertible (120cm x 200cm), une cuisine toute équipée, un coin bureau, une salle d'eau avec une douche (140cm sur 80 cm) et coin buanderie avec machine à laver le linge.
Une chambre à l'étage avec 2 lits de 90x200, une penderie et une douche.
Possibilité de couchage sur pouf convertible de 80x200.
La maison située dans un quartier pavillonnaire proche des commerces et du marché (2 fois par semaine).
Nous vous accueillerons à votre arrivée et vous présenterons les lieux. Nous restons à votre disposition pour vous conseiller pour les loisirs et les déplacements.

De belles promenades sur les bords de Marnes sont à faire à pied ou à vélo. Elle touche le Bois de Vincennes et le Parc Interdépartemental des Sports et de Loisirs du Tremblay et son golf de 9 trous. Elle est à la fois proche du centre de Paris (15mn) et des grands axes autoroutiers qui la mettent à 30 mn du Parc EuroDisney, 45-55mn du parc Astérix et 30 mn de Versailles.

On the ground floor the living room with a sofa bed 2 people (140cm x 200cm) overlooks the small private garden where you will find a barbecue available. A veranda with wardrobe, dining area, a second sofa bed (120cm x 200cm), a fully equipped kitchen, an office area, a bathroom with a shower (140cm x 80 cm) and laundry area with washing machine.
A bedroom upstairs with 2 beds of 90x200, a wardrobe and a shower.
Possibility of a 5th sleeping around on convertible pouffe of 80x200.
The house situated in a suburban district close to shops and to the market (twice a week).
We shall welcome you upon your arrival and shall present you places. We remain at your disposal to advise to you for the leisure activities and the travels.

It is in border of the Wood of Vincennes and the Interdepartmental Park of Sports and Leisure activities of Tremblay and its golf of 9 holes. It is close at the same time to the center of Paris (15mn and motorway main trunk roads which put it to 30 mn of the Park Eurodisney, 45-55 mn of the park Astérix and 30 mn of Versailles.

Our host was the best! Place was spotless and perfect! A yard for our our puppers and a pup for her to play with to boot! Easy peasy into Paris close to food shopping, atm and train! It just doesn’t get any better than this!

We had a great time at the house, it was convenient for trips to Paris and to Disneyland. The accommodation was plenty big enough for the five of us. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate, there was also extra room with the attached conservatory area. Would happily recommend this property for families visiting the area wanting easy access to Paris and the theme parks. The local RER train station is only a ten minute walk away, also good road links around the surrounding area. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Great apartment, and Barbara was lovely, just a few downsides, but mostly minor, there was an iron but no ironing board, the TV remote wasn't working, and there is no designated parking. If you are lucky you can find parking around the estate outside another house. But no designated parking. Loved that the apartment had both a shower and a bath (in separate rooms) and cooking facilities are great. Again these are not major problems and we very much enjoyed our stay. It was a very spacious and clean apartment, Easily big enough for a family of 4. Very close to shops, trains and buses.

We arrived quite late but this was not a problem as the owners live next door. Nive little appartment with all facilities. The metro station 10 minute walk and costs 2,75 euro to to any station in Paris. We enjoyed our visits to Paris and come back to the nice appartment where we could relax in a homely sphere. Parking is not easy but when you find a space you can leave your car here and it is free.

The place is very nice, clean and very well kept by the owners who live next-door and are extremely helpful, always available and very welcoming. We can only recommend.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The apartment is very good, very quit and you have a short way to RER (train station). The apartment is perfect for a family with max. 2 kids. The owners (Gilles + his wife) are super nice and helpful.. Thanks a lot for the time in Paris. We will recommend you.
