Nos chalets sont propres et bien entretenus. Situé sur 3 hectares, entouré de terres éternellement sauvages. Nous offrons le Wi-Fi gratuit, le câble, les foyers et les barbecues. Idéalement situé entre le lac Saranac et Lake Placid. Venez voir pourquoi nos clients reviennent année après année! Ouvert de juin à septembre. Désolé, pas d'animaux.
L'espace:
Le chalet # 8 a été entièrement rénové en 2016. Il a un lit queen size et un canapé-lit double gigogne. Il dispose d'une kitchenette avec une cafetière, un four micro-ondes et un petit réfrigérateur. Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de poêle.
Nous sommes une entreprise familiale fière de notre propriété. Nous gardons nos cabines PROPRES et bien entretenues. Nous vivons sur la propriété et serons là pour répondre à toutes vos questions.
Nous sommes à seulement 5 minutes dans les deux sens de Lake Placid et du lac Saranac. Nous sommes juste à côté de l'autoroute 86 mais notre propriété est calme et paisible.

Nous avons le Wifi gratuit dans toute la propriété. Nos clients disent que la vitesse et la puissance du signal sont très bonnes, peu importe où vous restez. Il y a des barbecues à gaz commun, des chaises Adirondack, des tables de pique-nique, des foyers et des fers à cheval, tous gratuits pour nos clients. Nous vendons également du bois de chauffage sur la propriété. Le parking est abondant et gratuit. Il y a une station-service à distance de marche qui transporte des produits d'épicerie, des sandwichs, de la bière, de la glace, etc.

Les cottages de Moreno ont été fondés par Tessie et Tony Moreno, ma tante et mon oncle 1923. L'oncle Tony a construit cette propriété à la main au fil des ans et tante Tessie a dirigé l'entreprise avec discipline et travail acharné. David et Joyce Anteau, et David Anteau Jr sont très fiers de notre héritage familial ici. Nous mettons constamment à jour et remodelons pour rendre le séjour de nos clients aussi confortable et relaxant que possible.

It is what it looks like. A charming place to stay that is quiet, relaxing, easy to get to, close to town, but far enough away, simple, and although there are several cabins, it is also very private in each one. There is also a gas station/convenience store that is very near by which had quick things we needed and even fresh salads to eat on two occasions. We found being here more relaxing than if we had found a hotel in the area. The process was seamless from booking to check-out. The hosts checked on us to make sure all was well, but were not overbearing. I would highly recommend staying here if you have plans to stay in this area. We stayed here because I competed in Ironman Lake Placid. It was easy to get in and out of town for the various goings-on, so if Ironman Lake Placid is on your calendar, staying here is a solid option.

Peaceful and incredibly clean
This was our second time staying, and we were not disappointed. The cabin was immaculate clean, upgraded bathroom facility was a good surprise. Will stay again.

Great place to stay
Cabin was great. Met the owners. Were very helpful with anything we needed.
My only issue was I thought the towels would be changed out each day but they were not. We only had one set of towels for two nights.
