Oh my goodness, what a lovely place in a quiet location with a view from the balconies over the bay. Whatever time of day - morning with coffee, evening with wine - the view of the sea and the towns of Baleal and Peniche were wonderful. The gentle sounds of the waves at night. Hardly any traffic. Location was perfect for us, a short walk into the town for supplies or a restaurant, or in other directions to the beach at Baleal. The coastal walks to some secluded but scenic beaches too, for more adventurous days. The swimming pool!

Nothing, really. We could hear occasional happy sounds of the family next door (the owner). The owner apparently wrote to us with recommendations for restaurants but we never got them, even when logged into the app. But we didn’t really need the recommendations, it was easy to find great restaurants in town!

Check-In verlief problemlos und völlig anonym (Schlüssel steckte in der Haustür). Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Küste. Viele Möglichkeiten sich sportlich zu betätigen direkt vor Ort.

Man bucht kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Wohnung in einem Haus mit mehreren Parteien (bei booking.com anders vermittelt). Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die junge Familie mit Hund im Appartement nebenan (lebt da anscheinend dauerhaft?) war rund um die Uhr deutlich zu hören. Ein kleine Mappe mit Infos zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung wäre eine nette Ergänzung für die Wohnung.

Ines is really lovely and great host. We felt like home. The apartament looks exactly like in the photos. There is a lot of space and It's really comfortable. Great swimming pool. Before we come we had all needed information in Whatsapp. about the best beaches, restaurants..... . Thank you Ines for everything 🙂

We liked everything! The location was fabulous, Inês was an amazing host and took care of us. The place has such amazing views. Marlin house is clean, well-equipped and in great condition. Everything worked really well. We hope to return!
